can completely relate to what your speaking about! I’m. 3 yrs into my spontaneous kundalini awakening. I had never heard the word “Kundalini” and had no concept of our energetic chakra system. I had just started learning about meditation and breath work, but nothing on a daily practice. I was attending my first healing circle with maybe 25 people in attendance. During the meditation part I experienced a full blown kundalini it was an energy field moving through and around my body only to explode out the top of my crown. I do not know how long it lasted but I remember thinking how come nobody in the room is not feeling or seeing this? I could not move even if I wanted to. I was never fearful but more in shock as to what was occurring. Once it released me I just sat there quietly wondering what just happened! After the class I went to the lady who was conducting the meditation and explained to her what just occurred. She stated to me are you telling me you just had a kundalini? I told her I didn’t know what that was and she said you just described it and wouldn’t talk anymore about it. I then started researching the word “Kundalini” and when I started asking questions about it people acted like I grew two heads. When I reached out to yoga instructors they didn’t help me either. I also experienced jealousy like why would a 63yr old woman with very little spiritual training, never did a days worth of yoga have a Kundalini? Thank goodness I have a strong sense of self and a supporting husband and family. I knew I wasn’t crazy and just started doing as much research on the subject. Not going to lie it scared the weebee geezee out of me! The way I started looking at the world has changed drastically! Living in the MidWest “Bible Belt” USA has been very challenging also. Not a lot of people in my area I can share this experience with. Thank you for doing this work and study! It’s very important for the mental health and clinical workers to get up to speed on this very human experience. Good job!
Robyn, I live in the Bible Belt as well, where a kundalini awakening is considered to be “of the devil”. My spiritual awakening began 8 years ago and it took several years for me to come across helpful information like what was provided in this video. I’m so grateful for the research that is being performed so that spiritual awakenings can be normalized.
Robyn, thank you for sharing. Will you join us in our ongoing sessions about these types of experiences? You can sign up for our mailing lists at emergingsciences.org to be alerted of when they occur, and we're rolling out more engagement on Instagram as well (@emerging_sciences). Your story is important and valid. We agree - more research in the area of Kundalini is needed. That's why we're here. 🙏🏼😇
@@Angela-io2ks 🙏🏼 There can be a lot of fear and misinformation about spiritual awakenings. Thank you for watching and commenting. We hope you'll continue to watch our videos, engage, and support our work!
I’m so impressed by the research and the communication Jessica. I’m two years into my transition and happy to support this work, if, as required. Cheers!
John, we would love and could use your support! Please visit emergingsciences.org ~ you can sign up for our mailing list and donate to help us continue moving forward. 🙏🏼😇🥰
Just discovered this. I had a series of profound kundalini experiences whilst meditating about 10 years ago. Everything you mentioned and more. Would like to discuss further…too much to go into here…Mark.
This was a wonderful and important presentation. It could not have come at a more prescient time. This is why it is so important right now to remain at a higher vibration at the upper chakras, and also why we are being so heavily challenged to remain in the lower survival ones today. There is no 'junk' DNA. Every atom in our body is of intelligent design and divine purpose. Sciences are unable to measure it, so to them it doesn;t exist. Thank you for your work! One suggestion is to make the text stand out better in a darker colour. I found it difficult to read against the background.
Woah, Jess, this is incredibly bad@ss. Just looked you up to see what you’re doing now, so happy to find this. I need to watch this over again. I was just super excited to find you, and your speaking here is fabulous So inspiring
For some reason, I have only just been gifted this insight. Thank you so much for holding the courage to share. I appreciate this so much, and will remain awake to this.
Thank you very much Jessica for sharing your amazing experience

I had temporal lobe epileptic seizures for a year leading up to; and not one since.

Great work and brilliantly presented, Jessica.
Susan needs a bit more ‘unfolding’ to shed off the ego layers and achieve some warmth.
