You’re right about Riggys stats. They really don’t reflect how good he’s been so far this season. He’s been our best player, the sky is the limit for the kid.
Fun fact: The reason Spurs let Jack Clarke go is they considered Mundle to have a higher ceiling than him in their academy. Just so happens that Sunderland was able to sign both of them, and Mundle gets to replace Clarke!
Sunderland fan here... Don't get too carried away. Fair enough it's better than it's been for what feels like 10,000 yrs... But the season just started and still a long way to go yet... i hope for the best... HA'WAY THE LADS FTM
Sunderland fan here great vlog Ballard has played against Portsmouth last Saturday him & Onien didn't give Portsmouth anything, we have signed Chris Mepham centre back on loan from Bournemouth as well, trai Hume is a great attacking right back for us as well
Sunderland fan here, can I just put my 2p in and say I totally agree with throwing Dennis Cirkin in, we really missed him last season and his presence in the box has made a real difference for set pieces. Something we lacked all season last season, he is solid and gets goals
Great review mate, keep up the good work. I hope Safc keep this going and move forward. We do look completely different from the samples of last year and you see that in the player’s they are all upbeat and all are working for each other and that comes down to the new direction our new manager is installed in them Ha way the lads
Decent analysis. Patterson also great prospect. Roberts top class more mature player as is O'nien. Hume also a very good full back on right. Add to that new squad additions and the balance looks decent but it is a long long season.
I know the purpose of the video wasn’t to state the obvious talking about players like Roberts or O’Nien who most people are aware of- Roberts has been a different player this season! The Sheff Wed game he was absolutely outstanding at winning back possession, keeping possession and generally just turning on his acceleration to get us up the pitch! Wilson Isidor who plays left wing or cf looks a handful and very eager to prove himself- but the interesting one is Alexsis who’s 18 and we paid over £3 mill for… and samed who’s a cdm with champions league experience- so if those new additions hit the ground running with the tactics etc we could be in for a cracking season! Not even mentioned the new striker Abdullahi who none of us know much about but we’ve been informed he’ll be bedded into the squad for a little bit before thrown in to the first team so could be another one for the future
I was worried when JC was sold (wish him all the best with Ipswich as he was great for us), but Mundle is looking like an upgrade. Development of Mundle and Mayenda might have been accelerated by coaching from RLB. He transformed Dango Outtara at L'Orient when he first joined 2 years ago. Dango's value went from 1m to 20m in 6 months. I'm hoping he can do the same for M&M + others. We've a very good squad and players are all buying into team style. RLBs seems perfect match. He's strong on strategy/tactics and has team playing at optimum level + he can improve them at the same time. Seems like a perfect match.
I hope Le Bris kicks their arses at the first defeat.. It's something I'm worried about how will they react. But most of these young boys have been together nearly 3 seasons, they know they are playing and that's what's giving them the no-fear factor. Young lads growing up together, playing in the same team together is making them a team to that will stick together for the sake of winning. Long may it continue Ha-Way the lads FTM
Dennis Cirkin is the key to how well Sunderlands season goes. Got to keep him fit. If Niall Huggins returns to the level he was at before injury then Sunderland will have the most dangerous full backs in the league.
People saying Sunderland are Gona do a Preston thing is the 4 games they won so far they’ve pounded the teams they’ve played there’s been no lucky results at all
Sunderland are on the cusp of something really big but we have to edge on caution at all times with these young kids!!! We are progressing in the right way & the experienced pros will bring them on leaps & bounds !!! But I have to be pessimistic sorry This is Sunderland we been there so many times before 🎉🎉🎉
Aren't all young kids, we have Simon Moore,Dan Ballard,Chris Mepham Allan brown,Ian paveda all vastly experienced players in the championship who knows what it takes to succeed in this league so yes long season but its our 3rd season ij the championship so we wont be surprised
@@jacobhorsfallwe've signed a Ghana international who'd played in champions league from RC Lens defensive midfielder also Milan Aleksic a Serbian international attacking midfielder, we've signed players so we have 2 players for every position plus we have 4 strikers now Isidor,Mayenda,Ryan, abdullahi

I am a Sunderland fan .. Do you want to know something funny There are still despite the wonderful players we have a brilliant coach and an owner who in Feb 2021 took over and said he would bring the best young players to SAFC well that is happening .. But on social media Sunderland still have moaning fans who want Speakman (director of football) out and hardly anyone gives credit to Kyril Louis Dreyfus who is still only 26 years old. Kyril's father was owner of O Marseille but died. What can you say. There was a phone in last night on radio Newcastle. a fan comes on to berate Speakman despite all the wonderful players we have here You can ask our brilliant fans .. if these moaning people exist Well lets not talk big too early. This coach is perfect but the players are maturing as well

I haven’t seen a talent like Chris Rigg since Jude. What. A. Player.
Your analysis is very impressive young man!
In my opinion, you’ve got the potential to go far in terms of football commentary and analysis!
@@davidreavely487 that really means the world to me! Thank you 💜

Sunderland look amazing so far, in regard to rigg it shows stats don't show everything, he's been one of their best players
I’m not even a Sunderland fan but I’ve a soft spot for them. The eye test with Riggy is unreal. An absolute phenomenon

Hume is quality aswell
Was supposed to mention him at the end with Neil and Ballard but completely slipped my mind!
Hume is the type of player who could've played football in the 50/60s..what a player
great start for Sunderland, long way to go yet
Great analysis 👍
excellent stream mate
Appreciate that!💜
We are just getting warmed up, we will be up before the barinsis open the Easter eggs

Building something great at Sunderland and I think it is sustainable
The talent at Sunderland right now is on par with Southampton and maybe Brighton with the talent they have produced recently

What was the cb partnership in the last game ? And who came on to play cb at the same time truantis came on ?
Just on Rigg he’s very much Bryan Robson like in his style and movement
People saying Sunderland are Gona do a Preston thing is the 4 games they won so far they’ve pounded the teams they’ve played there’s been no lucky results at all
Only concerns for me are depth and, as a result of the young squad, how consistent they can be over a full season

Just wait until Stoke City's young new side click into gear. Won't be long.
What about O9? He's a huge asset to the club.

When are they going to fill the SOL though. If they were in the PL it would be full so were are the 8,000 missing fans
Let's not get carried away shall we,its 4 games if they are there after 10 games then I will take it seriously.
It’s only been four games. Don’t get carried away. Yes it may go very well but more evidence is needed. I wish you luck anyway.
