Roma fan here. Impossible to blame him for not succeeding in Rome. He was recruited by our sports director Ghisolfi who knew him from Lorient to fit in De Rossi's system. Due to the incompetence of our board, De Rossi was fired after 4 games. On top of that, Le Fée suffered a bad injury after a few games. He came back towards the end of Juric's spell, but since the team was a disaster under the Croatian, he was not really convincing, just like almost all the other players. Then Ranieri came and found his starting midfield with Paredes and Koné, who have both been extremely good since then. The emergency of the situation made it difficult to rotate so Le Fée has almost not played with Ranieri, who summed up the situation in his last press conference: he actually likes Le Fée and would have wanted him to stay, but the player wanted more minutes, which Ranieri totally understood. Imo, the move is a win-win. If Sunderland goes back in PL, we get the fee we paid to buy him and Sunderland keeps a good player. If Sunderland stays in Championship, Le Fée comes back with a full half-season at a good level, and maybe he fits with the new coach. Hope he succeeds in Sunderland because he was unlucky, but if he comes back I'm sure he can do good in Rome.

Enzo has also played with a couple of our players before in the french U23,21,19s etc. not sure how much, but he knows Wilson Isidor and Adil Aouchiche

Any signing is a risk, but I believe we have another gem here. Whether it will be enough to get us promoted remains to be seen. Either way it's a good bit of business by Roma. Sending him to us for half the season frees up their wage bill and if we do go up they get the money they paid in transfer fee. If we don't get promoted, they have a player of quality returning with half a season's minutes under his belt. It's certainly a good time to be a Sunderland supporter.

I disagree with you saying dan neil will be rotated, he & jobe have been immense recently plus we have salis semmed on loan from lens who played champions League football last season he is a defensuve midfielder so he can play there & that would push dan neil further firward in his more preferred position, exciting times at Sunderland hawaaay the lads

Great vlog mate but we aren't in a position where we need to sell cirkin,Ballard,Jobe Rigg they all signed new contracts in the summer so if clubs don't give us the fee we want them we don't need to sell

Good stuff. Don't see Neil, as captain of the SAFC side, being part of any rotation, and assuming Jobe is retained ditto. Think Rigg at his age will be the one to have fewer minutes as he comes back from injury and given his age. Le Fee will also be a perfect role model for these younger players. Win win. Definitely a boost to our promotion push - Haway The Lads!
