Thank you so much for bringing back memories of my Border Terrier when he was the same weeks. My Marky is now 10 years old and is an amazing companion. We hike almost every weekend, we backpack and he has his own pack and sleeping bag, and he loves to cuddle.

I am loving watching your videos of adorable Tea. I lost my Border Bessie on August 1st she was my world but feel so lucky to have had her nearly 15yrs. They are a wonderful breed and she will bring you much joy 🥰
Thank you so much! 🙏🏼 oh we’re so sorry for your loss of Bessie. 😔 Hannah’s family had a 13yr old border, Cracker who unfortunately passed this March, so we definitely know that feeling 😢 but exactly, just have to remember how lucky you were to have had them! They have such personalities don’t they. Lovely breed ❤️
Lost my yorkie 1 1/2 years ago and just now got a BT bitch, she is 9 weeks old and eases the ever present trauma of losing my yorkie Tara, your words help soothe the pain andd make mee look forward again., Thankyou Trudy xx

She is doing great! She sits so well and she’ll come whenever I call her! Her name’s Kona :) We took a while deciding, she didn’t have a name for a few days 😅
We were thinking Mila or Java, but someone came up with Kona because it fits the coffee theme (like Java), but it fits her better.

We’re a little biased but she is so gorgeous isn’t she and we feel very lucky to have her 😍 she still loves the treat puzzle now so it was a good purchase! Xxx
This is great content for BT lovers, thank you. My 6yo boy has pug and chihuahua mixed as well so it's intriguing and funny to see your beautiful purebreed exhibit some of the same behaviors; especially with the hidden treat puzzle.

Aw border terriers are lovely dogs and of course we are a little biased as we think Tea is just the best of course! 😂 haha! Like with all breeds I’m sure, she is easy to train some things but others is more of a struggle! It’s good to read into breeds when choosing a dog, so that they fit into your lifestyle and you can accommodate to their needs! ☺️

Hello, i ve been thinking of getting a border terrier but i have been told that they will run off and wont listen to instructions. can you please advise me what you experience has been in regards to this? P.S she's too cute.
Hi, thanks for your comment. From what we heard and have experienced, Border Terriers are known to sometimes be very stubborn and choose when they like to listen to you or not! For that reason we just choose not to take her off lead much. But obviously, every dog is different, and I'm sure can be professionally trained to have good recall. Hope that helps.

I’ve heard they are nicknamed Border Terrorists. Apt for ours, Willow an adorable 18mth old, who chases squirrels, rabbits, deer and birds. I want to be able to train her not to, I’m afraid she may hurt herself, plus I need her to obey my recall, which she does, unless her prey drive takes over.
Yes, we can definitely see why they get that nickname! Tea is definitely very cheeky sometimes! We have also struggled with Tea’s recall, as you say, very good until there is something better to chase on offer! Haha 😂

Do you guys use a pen or let her roam around the house?
We used a fabric pen with her when she was a puppy, up until she was about 5 months. She slept in it and went in it if we left her at home for a couple of hours. We found it worked well! We have an affiliate link here if you would like to shop ☺️
