So happy this came up in my feed. 🎉I’ve been grappling with best way to reboot my approach to Fitness and balance. This might be it 🙏I’ll explore myself, but any nutrition/meal prep/food recommendations would be so appreciated. Goal: lose 10 to 15 pounds while improving my body/mind balance
You're so welcome! Try to practice constantly. As for diet, we can not give medical advice. If you have medical issues, please check with your Dr. If you are healthy, then look at what you're eating. Try to limit sugar and white flour or processed products. You may want to look into intermittent fasting too. Let us know how it goes🙏
