Poop walk the dog a mile twice a day = 4000 steps. Better than the same time spent cleaning dog poop off the floor, or worse off a carpet. Walk a mile to the gym and back = 4000 more steps. Spend a half-hour on the treadmill watching Mateo's videos = 2000 more steps, and we are done with cardio. Easy peasy.

The no time excuse is always the biggest pile of bs that I hear. I work overnight as a truck driver. I literally work 12 hours a day and MAKE time to workout 6 days a week and cook a meal and pack a meal for the road and spend some time with my wife and dogs every night. What I don’t do is waste time on Tik Tok and Netflix pretending I have no time.
It's definitely tougher for some folks than others.
But I'm sure we can all find time for SOMETHING
"I'm just too busy/tired" was my excuse for a long time, but adding that focus hour at the start of the day has been tremendous. I can get a workout in before my mind's awake enough to fight it, or I can use that time for an early grocery store haul for meal prep so that I'm not resorting to UberEats for lunch/dinner. Finally building a daily routine that I can stick to and that I'm learning to love 👊🏻🔥
