This was a great dish for fall and for Thanksgiving. Wow love the tortilla chips in shape of leaves. The risotto wow look delicious. If you add the pumpkin bisque to the roasted pumpkin and add the chilli oil wow. Mind blown!!!. Can wait for the next video.

I think out of all the colored food challenges that you've done, by far this is the best. The vibrancy of the color orange is absolutely pleasant to look at
Inga you could have used some saffron in some dish (maybe for the homemade ravioli)... a natural colour perfect for this theme. It’s also adds flavour and fragrance . Just a thought.
