I tried making eggs this way for the first time a few years ago having never liked scrambled eggs, and since then this has been my favorite way to eat them! It’s really easy once you get the timing down, and so creamy and delicious! Just don’t try and make it for someone who likes the “normal” dry scrambled eggs because without fail they think you are serving them raw eggs 😂

Yeah, they made that on series 3 of The Great British Bake Off, before the difficulty of the show really ramped up. And it was the Signature Bake, not the showstopper. In a blind taste test, his was also called something like repurposed stale old French cooking.

I think you did well Inga, you respect the ingredients and finished dish when you cook and bake, and something in me has a feeling that respecting the food and where it came from is a big part of why Gordon can have a temper in the kitchen on his shows- food is being disrespected and wasted because of people’s sloppiness and disregard. As someone who’s not a chef, I can say that everything in the video looks amazing, and I do hope that any professional chef out there who comes across the video will appreciate the effort and your respect for the food and doing your best with what you have as far as kitchen goes, experience and so on. But imo, you could totally run a restaurant, cafe or bakery because everything you make is just so pretty and looks like it is made with a lot of love!

This is a good idea: i know some menus that have come out regularly; jajangmyeon, korean fried chicken, tteoppokki. Maybe samgyeopsal. And definitely ice americano and soju for the drink lol

Hey just so you know, you had an amazing first attempt at beef wellington but here are my tips as I've done it a few times. 1. The mushroom duxelle was a little overcooked, atleast for my taste. 2. Your pastry didn't quite rise correctly. Here are a few reasons that may have happened: You cut too deep when scoring the pastry before putting it in the oven Your oven was too hot or not hot enough. I suggest putting a storebought hanging thermometer into the oven to test that it is correctly heating. It could also be that It wasn't in long enough. This just comes with experience of making the dish. I usually put mine in for about 30-35 minutes. All in all, I loved this attempt and hopefully you enjoyed the recipe. It's one of my favorites. Happy cooking!

What about 24hr of one country? We can't travel right now, but we have been a whole day to France. Very fun to stay the day with croissants, crepes and mussels for dinner.
