This really hits me in the feels because, when I was a kid, I had that very same teal Game Boy Color and my favorite game was Dragon Quest. Eventually, my family was going to move, so there were a lot of strangers visiting our house each day to see if they would want to buy the house, and one day I got back from school and the Game Boy was gone, stolen by someone who had visited. This video is like a documentary of my real-life childhood experience.

@@deoxal7947 Joey-joebags, a cartridge reader made by Bennvenn or a Monster Brain which you could pick off Amazon.
These are the 2 more popular options but there are other save readers you could Google up.
yeah my pokemon gold had this problem and i had no idea why i could not save! then i replaced the battery...
Luckily it's not so hard to replace the batteries which are still pretty cheap as well as the gamebit to disassemble the cart.
If you don't know how to solder you could use tap to hold the battery into place but that's p yikes.
If you don't have a gamebit screwdriver for the cart, you could use a lighter and a click-y pen(not gonna explain that Frankenstein)

Man, replaying The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is an amazing experience, specially remembering all those puzzles and characters... It's just so pleasing to see once again why I feel so deeply in love with this game. Yeah, I know it's not that old but I haven't been able to play it in the recent years because of school, but now with this whole quarantine I am finally free to enjoy it once again.

I recently just went through Blaster Master on the NES virtual console. It was my favorite game as a child (and was honestly the reason that Iove video games), though I could never get passed through 2nd level. I just beat it for the first time in my life. I ain't gonna lie. I cried when the ending screen where Jason is leaning against Sophia III while looking off into the distance popped up.
I love how the guy is more concerned about his save file then a guy in his house.

Dang. I actually remember playing a dragon slayer game on my gba. Where you have to kill this 3 headed dragon which when it dies all the worlds gravestone keeps summoning really tough enemies. That game was like my first darksouls difficulty like game that I ever played as a kid.

Gen 8 is 1 save per account, so you can get multiple saves per copy. Though that’s gen 8, which is hot trubbish (aside from some new pokes).

Ayy it was one of my first Gamecube games. I remember I still had someone to play with. I kept playing the LEGO games up until the Batman ones released on PSP(?) then I dropped them for a few years but recently made a come back to them through Steam.

15 years ago I was close to 100% oracle of seasons with oracle of ages. My sister which was 5 years old, somehow managed to erase my files.
It was my fault that I left it on the table, but holly damn, I was so devastated that I literally cried for hours and couldn't push my self to play again for a couple of days. Finally got it to 100% 13 years ago but holly damn I still vividly remember it to this day.

So when i was younger, my sister taught me how to save a game in Pokemon Blue. Then i started a new game and did. The problem? My brother had just accomplished catching all three legendary birds. That took him a very long time. Suffice to say, he was not happy, and has not let me forget over the years.
