    😄 that is so funny- I have been doing the occasional leg swings because it kind of feels good. That's about the first time I am "just doing something" that is actually a good thing to do! 😄👍 Usually it's, _NOOO, don't sit that way! Don't stand like that, don't lift like that..._ 😉
