Man the difference in offers I get is so crazy ..easy to be top dasher when you orders like that
Bro he is in certain catering programs and large order programs. That he says we can’t really get into. All his videos he says the same thing. His videos aren’t even realistic
I’m in the I’m in the catering program in my area and it has been somewhat hit or miss. I have gotten some $20 plus orders, and some days have been great. This week however I have gotten a lot of decent orders in addition to a lot of non-tipping orders.
It may or may not be worth it I don’t really know in the long run.
He used to get very bad offers, just like yours before being a Top Dasher and having a high acceptance rate. You gotta watch the videos he has before being a TD.
In the past AR didn't matter but now it does. The more bad offers you decline, the more bad offers they send you.
@@luiscollado2011 I would rather do 15 good orders and decline 85 bad orders than do 70 good orders and 30 bad orders. Taking trash to get good orders is still bad
Dude congratulations on these offers! I personally would’ve taken that $31.80 catering order. Never know when it’ll go up bc catering orders can go up without the “+” sign a lot more often than normal orders.

Good call on the catering order $31 for 15mi, since its not "total may be higher" not really a fan of this order, although its $2/mi anything over 10 mi for me needs to be higher like $2.5 or something.
Partly because it will no doubt take you out of your zone
In my market it absolutely matters, I try to keep my ar around 70 plus, other dashers in my area don’t make close to what I make
Down to 4% acceptance, still making the bacon in North Scottsdale! Catering offers still coming in, though a few of them have been duds, but nevertheless, still making $$$... Taking my first night off in months Wednesday night. Heading to White Chocolate Grill with the wife for our 37 year anniversary :) Maybe, just maybe Jacob, you will have a pick up from there tomorrow night :D PS For true food kitchen, park in the tesla charging spots for 5 min :) Also, congrats on a GIGANTIC day for yourself.... I’d never decline that 31$ at 9 pm. Unless going to strip in Vegas, 15 miles close to me ending my shift.
I thought about it but then I would have had to drive all those miles back to end my shift

Just wondering if you have a catering bag. If you do not, do you say you do not have a catering bag because you need to show a photo of the bag. I am only asking because if you still continue to get catering orders and do not have a catering bag then there is hope for other drivers to maybe start receiving catering orders. Have a great day!

I haven't had peak pay in the dinner shift since probably December in my area, and my area is pretty good, but not like yours...my goodness. If I was in college out there I would pay for my entire schooling in that market.
My AR is 66% & trying to hit top dasher and I think it’s worth depends on your area as well
Thats awesome. It's been slow AF in Vegas. Ive made $99 in two and a half DAYS. Not even worth the gas.
Dude, if you want to make your driving a little easier, remove those back seat headrests. backing out of busy lots can be a pain.

If you have peak pay during a dinner rush your area must not have enough dashers. This is also probably why you get great offers now that you're a top dasher. It all makes so much more sense.
Because you were suppose to shop at Safeway while the order is being prepared. 🙄 You know for sure there is a “Jump to this Task” button 😂
But then I would’ve had to drive 6 miles to the Safeway and then 6 miles back to Cava and then 5 miles to drop off the order
@@PhoenixDeliveries I have had orders like that where I know the restaurant ‘I know’ is slow. I switch to the quickest pick up, go and delivered the quick order and door dash added another High Paying order to the route while I waited for that busy restaurant to complete its order ready for pick up. Believe me the system will give you another add on when the area is busy. If you estimate your route 6 miles (6 mins) thats 12 mins. The goal for me is to get another ping from DD, instead of waiting 15 mins for both orders to get completed. I do this with Jersey Mikes because I know the hot subs have to be cooked then all the goodies put on 🤤😂
I refuse to pickup from Scottsdale Quarter anytime after 4pm, parking is a nightmare

I don’t understand how we watched you take 15 straight orders or so with some being stacked and your AR didn’t go up not 1% yet your first decline drops it by 1%. And I don’t want anyone to comment to me about a “rolling 100” either 🙄

It’s because its based on your 100th last and most current offer. If your 100th last and current offers are opposite your rate will change. If it’s same it won’t change
Im a top dasher and I don’t get orders like you at all. I get mostly 7-10$ offers and a few LOP. I average 180 in 8 hours.
Where is your market? that sounds extremely low for the amount of hours worked
Have you ever thought of doing a challenge with another driver? There is a great opportunity now with fellow delivery UA-cam content creator "Trevors deliveries". He very recently moved from Boston to Phoenix. No matter the challenge, I think this would make for great content for both of your channels.
Yea; do another when it's not Friday and 3.00 peak....not the norm at all.

@@Jawsh.official Have had that happen to me before a couple of times, after a DD update. What I did was uninstall and reinstall DD and immediately orders started rolling in again. Also make sure wifi is off when delivering. That can also cause issues, as DD sometimes cannot track you if your phone is trying to connect to a wifi signal. Had DD unassign me from an order because of the wifi issue.
I go to self checkout errrrytime, no issues.

DoorDash had a system glitch causing dasher to be extremely late,
There answers to that is trouble shooting, that does not do anything for the issue that was at hand.
DoorDash lies and blames dasher, and refuses to take any blame
Top dashers is not high paying orders. Top dasher means you get more orders.
Thats crazy amount per hour.

you must not be anywhere near a poor black neighborhood cuz you will be delivering fastfood to apartment complexes to keep top dasher. those are probably the areas where you say its bad and pause till you get out
