it's not true. The jury had got options for manslaughter and child abuse too. Child abuse was clearly there. but the jury, wrongly, acquitted her of the child abuse charge too. Why? How? The reasoning for child abuse is straightforward. can a 3 yo kid live on her own without support? No. A 3 yo got missing. Mother knows that. But never report that missing to the police. instead, she lies to her grandparents. she lies to everybody. zanny the nanny. This means that Casey had left Caylee and ignored her and decreased her chance to be found alive. Isn't it serious child abuse?

It's amazing that it's been 15 years. Poor Caylee never got the justice she so deserved. I realize everyone is entitled to a defense, but how do these lawyers live with themselves knowing their client isn't being truthful. All he has to do is cause at least one juror to have doubts about his clients guilt. I don't think for one minute that George did anything to Casey. It was just one more of her lies.
Anyone would have loved to adopt Caylee, even her grandparents. IMO, Casey may have loved being pregnant due to all the attention she received, but she wasn't made to be a mother. Raising Caylee, IMO, wasn't on her to do list. Going out partying, etc. was on her list.

Because the prosecution didn't provide any evidence for what they said happened. This Zanny supposedly babysat Caylee for years, if Casey had been putting her in and out of the trunk of a car all of that time somebody would have seen her...they lived in a heavily populated area...and she would have died much sooner in Florida. So where was Caylee all of that time? Also no evidence of Casey buying or getting any Chlorophyll which the prosecution said that's what killed her.....but the Cloroform that 's used in a pool would have given the same results of the test according to some of the experts and we know the Chloroform would have been present because they had a pool that she often swam in. Also Casey lied years before Casey went missing about these made up people she didn't just start lying to cover up a crime...why? Also, the cadaver dogs hit in the backyard by the pool and by the playhouse which suggests she may have drowned and it seems to suggest Casey's first thought was to bury her under the playhouse....she also borrowed a shovel from the neighbor or tried to I can't remember now. No one ever came forward to say they ever saw Casey abuse Caylee in any way, never even yelled at her. Casey was found in a place where George took the family pets after they died and she was wrapped in the same way George wrapped the family pets when they died. Nothing was proven by the prosecution and they left too may loose ends.

I actually know a young woman who lied every time she opened her mouth. She said that her eardrum was punctured by a child with a pencil but her medical report said that she had been in a fight with a female rival and somehow got hit so that her ear drum had torn. Then she told me that her niece had been killed by a Rottweiler (she told me that when she found out my family owns 2, although altogether we’ve owned 8 over a couple of decades.) Then about a year later she said another little niece of hers had been killed by another rottie. I was shocked and said, “ANOTHER niece?!?” She said, “yes, 2 nieces had been killed by Rottweilers.” This she claims happened about 100 miles from where we lived. I would have heard about it on the news if it had been true. Then one day she said she was not coming into work because she had to appear in a court case. I had a brother in law enforcement who checked the dockets and she was no where listed to appear. Years later I ran into her again and she was still telling lies. I spoke to my brother about it and asked, “I wonder why she lies so much.” His typical short PD reply, “because she can.” So weird. Lying when you don’t even have to. I just don’t get it.

If I was charged with the unaliving of my baby and found innocent during the trial, the first thing I’d do is seek out the truth and who did what to my baby. It’s telling that Casey didn’t do that. It wasn’t a concern to her because she knew who, what, where, when and why. She’s a sociopath and although the jury got this terribly wrong, she will be held accountable and will suffer the consequences. That’s why they say “KARMAS A B*TCH AND THEN YOU D*E”. Doing that to your own innocent defenseless child is horrific enough but for me it’s the fact that she threw her own flesh & blood away in the woods like trash and she could still go on living life as if her baby was home with grandma and grandpa getting loved on. The location where Casey dumped her daughter wasn’t far from her parents home and I’m picturing her driving past Caylee’s body over and over and she couldn’t give a 💩 even if she had a truckload of 💩’s to give. I’ll never understand how people can be so cold and cruel to their own children! My mom passed when I was 16 and I’m the one who found her face down on her bed. She had a heart attack while she was sleeping and even though I’m now 54, I’ve never been able to go back to the house it took place in. I can’t even drive past the house still to this day so how tf was she able to pass that location and feel nothing knowing that Caylee’s little lifeless body was feet away from her. People compare Casey with Jodi Arias but to me there’s no comparison because Casey is a child executioner void of love and compassion. Anyone who unalives a child or an elderly person should be brought out to the ocean and dumped off far enough to make swimming impossible but close enough to see the coastline way off in the distance.🤬

Good people die early or suffer undeserved torments while selfish, often violent people sometimes get away with murder (or multiple murders). There is no perfect justice and we came up with the idea of paradise and a righteous judge to help us deal with that fact.
There is no "meant to be"- 2,000 people will die in the next hour from starvation, malaria, or lack of clean drinking water- no god is coming to help them. No supernatural deity will pay Casey back. She may be miserable inside when she thinks alone at night or maybe she uses drugs and partying to avoid thinking about it. The whole family is a whack job! They never deserved Caylee!…. None of them really loved her. They only loved themselves & treated Caylee like a common plaything! None of them showed any real love & stood up for Caylee! Guess they figured demon Casey could just pop out a string of illegitimate grandchildren to keep them entertained!

She should've been arrested for life. There's no doubt in my mind that she did it. She didnt show remorse and all she cared about was her being single

I can't help but wonder if Casey's parents forced her to have that child, and then try to hold Casey accountable. It didn't help that the kid looks more like grandma than Casey, I think that really added insult to built up resentment toward the child. It's just a gut feeling, no basis whatsoever. Instead of getting an abortion or looking into adoption (or adopting the baby themselves), they were trying to teach Casey a lesson or how to be responsible for her actions.
You see some women say that they gave up their lives for their children (with a tinge of resentment)...Casey went in the other direction. I can almost hear her say, "You are giving up YOUR life for MINE, and not the other way around."
Creepy, I feel like I watched a video of this happening, it feels SO strongly.

But then the baby was born and all the attention went to the baby.
