    Just the fact that she 'didn't remember' which apartment she dropped her child off at, should have made that jury find her guilty. Not knowing where you took your child, is the most absurd claim by a Mother, that I've EVER heard!

      Yes!! I'm sure that one one of the things they picked up on immediately. Plus in her written statement she says Zanaida watched Jeff's kid for 6 months then in the recorded on it's suddenly 'oh, she watched Zack before Caylee'. Soooo many red flags here just between that one statement and the first conversation.

      If only the prosecution went for different charges she absolutely would've been found guilty. But they went for 1st degree murder with the death sentence which is why the jury ended up basically having to find her not guilty, none of them could in good conscience send a woman to death that lost her child if there was no physical proof she was guilty

    • @KanyeBreast4
      @KanyeBreast4 17 днів тому

      @@sabrinaleedanceThat's exactly why they had to return a not guilty verdict. As Casey was being charged with 1st degree murder with death penalty, the jury have to be absolutely CERTAIN beyond all doubt that Casey killed her. In reality, there was only circumstantial evidence and the jury didn't even know how Caylee died, never mind that Casey was the one who did it. Yes it's obvious she did, but for the jury, they need to be more certain and have a ton of evidence to return a guilty verdict in a death penalty case, because the stakes are so high. I hate the way the jury get blamed. If I was on the jury, I couldn't have returned a guilty verdict for the death penalty either.

      They said the reason they let her go was they could NOT prove her exact cause of death. It was death penalty or she goes 100% free. The JURY SPECIFICALLY SAID she was over prosecuted. They said if they could have gave her life in prison they would have. They just couldn't kill Casey not knowing EXACTLY how she died. They got side tracked by Jose saying she drowned, INSTEAD of focusing on THE DUCT TAPE. Dr G said the duct tape was placed over her NOSE & MOUTH before death. It was so tight on her her head after all the skin rotted away it held her mandival/Jaw to the skull and hair to the head even after an animal had drug it out of the hamper she was inside. That's why her death was ruled a homicide in the first place. THEN Caylee's ATTOPASSEIRE was found in Casey's trunk, in the lining, on the metal inside the bottom of the trunk and on her car frame. Caylee's hair had fallen out of her scalp once her body decomposed and liquefied. All those hairs, the clumps left behind all had roots attached with death bands on the roots of each follicle. It was proof Caylee was in the trunk for atleast 3 weeks Decomposing to the point her skin liquefied shedding the hair not stuck to the tape wrapped in multiple layers around her entire head and little face. He body fat and tissue converted to a waxy like substance called ATTOPASSEIRE was melted in the flordia heat an dripped between the trunk liner, the trunk itself and onto the frame of the car and under carriage. Causing everyone near the car to car and become nauseous. I think the jury should have been taken to the car and allowed to smell it FOR THEM SELVES.

      The jury are absolutely spot on, it's you who's stupid. Any person with any basic understanding of the law would completely understand that the jury absolutely could not convict a person who's charged with premeditated 1st degree murder with DEATH PENALTY on circumstantial evidence. The jury didn't even have proof how Caylee died, never mind that Casey was the one who killed her. Yes, it's obvious she did, but when the stakes are so high during a death penalty trial, they have to have a ton of evidence like DNA, CCTV, phone records/GPS tracing, witness statements placing them at the scene etc, Google searches made definitively by the defendant only, and all this evidence has to prove beyond ALL REASONABLE DOUBT. There was way too much doubt in this case. No one is sure how Caylee died, now one is sure (other than Casey) of even the day Caylee died, no one is sure how long Caylee had been in the swamp, no one saw any evidence to show who placed Caylee in the swamp, no one is sure of Caseys movements on the day it happened, because they don't even know the day, no one has any DNA, no one has any witnesses placing Casey at the scene of the crime. I could go on. But the jury cannot morally convict a defendant unless they are shown absolute solid proof Casey did it, or that Caylee was even murdered in the first place. If they cannot be certain Casey killed her and dumped Caylee in the swamp, then they cannot convict her and sentence her to death on something they weren't sure about. Now, if the prosecution went for prison time instead, then it may be a different verdict as the stakes aren't so high. Or manslaughter. For manslaughter then the jury don't have to see as much evidence and can convict on circumstantial evidence in some cases. Prosecution went full speed ahead and wanted death penalty because of public feeling, and were sure they would have a slam dunk case, didn't need to put as much effort to prove beyond doubt as they were sure they would win, but the jury were right. Baez was clever in how he planted constant seeds of doubt in the jury's minds. And you can't convict on doubt. Same with the OJ trial. OJs defense didn't try as hard to prove he wasn't the killer, as to plant doubt in every single aspect of the evidence presented. The presented doubt in DNA being effective, doubt because he was black and the LAPD were racist, doubt about planting of chemicals in blood samples, doubt about witness statements, doubt about the killing being a case of mistaken identity, doubt about alibis, doubt about everything. Therefore they didn't need to try to portray him as innocent, they just made thr jury fully believe there was so many doubts they couldn't possibly convict. We all know OJ did it, even his defense team knew, but the jury couldn't convict when they had been fed so much doubt. They probably felt like he did do it, most knew he did, but because it couldn't be proved beyond all doubt, you can't return a guilty verdict. That's just how it is.

C.A is responsible for that baby’s demise in some form or fashion and the prosecution was a joke.

However, I watched him give an interview after the verdict and he came right out and said he knew Casey was guilty. So, he got it right, compared to other judges that eloquently speak, but do not take control of their own courtroom. Like judge Ito...( Spelling the name?), He let the courtroom order him around, and he spoke perfect English. So, this judge versus the judge in the Oj Simpson trial hmmm. Oh yeah she went to the mall, popular bars and restaurants to look for her daughter? I’m laughing incredulously right now. Is she serious. She knows there is cctv of her having a grand old time, shopping with stolen money. Buying herself new clothes. Going to nightclubs with her boyfriend and she’s trying to preempt what the police will find when they start looking in to the case. I know Casey killed her daughter, she knows she killed her daughter and everything she did in those 31 days by stringing her parents along was to cover up and hide that she had killed her daughter. Casey Anthony is a disgusting child killer and the jury may not have had concrete direct evidence of what caused caylees death. There was however more than enough circumstantial evidence to prove her guilt. I wish the prosecution had charged this case differently so that she would have definitely went to prison. The case is open and shut to me and I guess they felt the same way. Most of the world feels that way and the jury let little Caylee down.

It was also PROVEN that Casey Anthony was the ONLY person at that house when all those computer searches were made! So that absolutely makes it look planned and premeditated. No doubt at all that CASEY AND CASEY ALONE was the cause of caylee’s death and I will forever believe it was a MURDER!!!!!

    Casey's signed statement which was read out aloud in the court followed by the playing of the audio recording of her interview with the detective are as self-incriminating as an open confession. No wonder cocky Mr. Baez was fumbling his way through his interrogation of the detective and making a perfect fool of himself in the bargain with his cheap tricks. This is what happens when you choose to defend a lost cause so that you end up biting the very dust you were hoping to resurrect - in other words coming out as deservedly sullied as your conscience-less client so as to be exposed before all men for together resorting to even worse lies & deceits straight out of Satan's bag of tricks. Rest assured, Mr Baez, your well-fed face is as hateful as Casey's well-painted face for yet again proving that courts of men will always choose Barabbas over the Lord.

    128:49 the defense attorney really seems to be reaching... Almost leading the witness into saying he thought something was "off" about her testimony because of the questions he was asking. I'm not a detective, but I would think it would be pretty common practice for detective to ask someone they were taking a statement from if they had any drug problems or mental health problems.

    This thing is insane. You can hear she 1000% believes her own lies!!! Like really chick wake up and smell the Roses. How convenient don't you think that everyone she knows and has spoken to and is friends with has moved and changed all their numbers 😅😅😅 so she doesn't have any numbers for anyone that can help collaborate her pack of lies😅😅. How is this women not in jail??? It's insane what a injustice for that beautiful little girl.

    Such an intriguing trial. They were never able to convince the jury of a motive to murder her child. The witnesses testified to the contrary that she loved her child and took care of her. Jose Baez made the accidental drowning theory sound more plausible because of the way he essentially "prosecuted" George Anthony. He was able to plant doubt in the jurors minds about a "cover-up" that George was in charge of and Casey's lies were due to her fear of George.

But didn’t care or cry enough to tell the truth and left that baby in the woods like trash didn’t care if an animal would try to eat her lil body. It’s crazy what some people will do for money. I hope everybody she ever lie on about her baby death will get every cent she makes.

    SPECIFICALLY FFS IT IS SO ANNOYING I COULD NOT TAKE THIS!! Why is nobody doing anything?! That’s unacceptable, I can’t trust someone who has either never been corrected, never listened, never learned the written word, doesn’t have the faintest clue what the word actually means, where it came from, the words related to it, and has no desire, curiosity nor need to know it’s origin, and HE HAS BEEN CORRECTED in a subtle way by people saying “specifically” and my God what does he think the Pacific Ocean is being?! What’s where that should be?! To him is that “SPECIFIC Ocean?!” Or are they just the same spelling with a different meaning? Pacific incident, Pacific Ocean, Specific ocean?! IT IS NOT just an issue of one word. You can’t trust someone who hasn’t learned that in their years of judging or lawyering or even being at primary school 😢 It’s so weird and upsetting and confusing I don’t like it. I don’t like it at all 😢🤦🏻‍♀️
