@@BlindRamb0beacuse scizor it's pretty much a melee specialist, nigh immortal aganist other brawlers but gets screwed by special attackers...
That's the reasoning at least, I don't main scizor but the ones I find in soloQ either carry their teams on their own or are such a liability that they might as well have 1 less teammate.
One hing holding it back may also be the terrible matchups it has aganist Pokémon like clefable or buzzwole.

I was already doing well with scizor, but I can definitely feel the buff. Ive had a few 140k dmg 50+k healing games. lol
I actually had a 4v1 as a Scizor against the enemy with Miraidon, Ninetales, Meowscarada and Aegislash. He was nearly dead but so was I and I recoiled. Still couldn't get Ray but won anyway because my teammates scored. Even against faster enemies, I actually did well and its noticeable. I don't know whether its enough but right now, I still did well even against a Miraidon. So, I am enjoying it again. I am also enjoying Charizard right now and even done well. I hope to get my Blue Badge this time based on my skill on Charizard unlike those Gold Badge players.

I cannot run scizor without double hit and razor claw. Most of the game i feel like I try to just catch the kiting enemies.
Also if stacking attack weight then might as well go aeos cookies as more hp equals more bp healing
Scizor is by far my most played (almost gold) but I'm scared cuz bad players, which is like 80% of player dont know how to deal with him
Scizor was my fiest gold and I can't tell you how tired I am of hearing how bad it is.
The playerbase not knowing how to do something as basic as dealing with Scizor is the reason why they think it's a good pokemon lmao
Can someone please tell me why scizor was referred to as "trash", I swear anytime that thing goes jungle I'm panicking for my life, it's not frail, can heal itself, can jump towards you and lord help you if it's got a comfey
Mostly because of the scisor players. Jungle that dont rotate, always overextending
I am playing scizor with AW resonant guard energy amp 7black 4 brown emblems - it really helps with delivering the enhanced auto from dance as BP feels noticeably faster to be up again
I played two games with Scizor before work this morning. I'm hype to play again later on tonight. It feels so good.
They missed a couple Pokémon and could have had bigger nerfs but the buffs look solid.
This patch looks to be very good.
I like the SD buff but I still think I prefer DH Scizor, really was hoping for a minor BP buff
i agree, double hit just has more flank/gank/rush potential with how mobile you are
Apparently Scizor's boosted basic went from 100% Atk to 150% Atk and I'll take it.
It's a well-deserved and needed buff for Syther and Scissor
I'm thinking of getting this of decidueye, which one should I get. I love meowscarada and mimikyu even with low level emblems.
I have a question, is it fine to run another item like resonant guard if you don't like stacking???
Technically yes but most people play Scizor with a build that works for both Pokémon. Resonant guard is good on Scizor but not great on Scyther.
Absolutely, guard is busted. Can't go wrong using it on most tanky mons
Unrelated to the video, but in their next patch i really wanna see a gren hp buff. For something that needs to dive like that, I find it odd that it has so little hp in comparison to other speedsters

@@player-ty2sy idc what qualifies as a 'proper' buff to you. If evolution level change, passive buffs, damage buffs, Unite Move buffs etc mean nothing to you then you probably just suck at the game.

I use muscle band, weakness policy and resonance guard for Scizor. Is it better to swap the guard for attack weight? Will Scizor heal himself quick enough while maintaining control against groups?
Idk if muscle band gives it any value ngl. resonant, weakness and razor is good for a non stacking build. replace weakness for weight and resonant for cookie. theyre both interchanvgeable, but razor is a MUST for both scyther and scizor. weight is super good bc 20% atk buff on swords dance and stacks give it SO much healing bc bullet punch scales with his attack stat!

I love how for the moves you get staples, swords dance, bullet punch, dual wingbeat, and then for the last move they use DOUBLE HIT. WHY?

Double Hit is basically how U-Turn would work, y'all. You just get the option to re-engage on top of rotating away
@2:05 "Greedent not using the new build". I know three people who play this game almost everyday that just get on to casually play. They don't care about the buffs/nerfs, don't watch UA-cam, get all their information from friends or just playing. SUPER CASUAL. I would go so far as to say maybe half the community is like this.
Try this game without a god-tier Hoopa + Miraidon support and see how it goes lmao
My best game ever im pretty sure was on scizor. 200k+ damage and probably a whole lot of damage taken and healing. Idk if there are bots in cas but it sure as hell felt like it. I heard there are bots if you take a long break but ive been playing consistent so idk

EDIT: Scizor’s build is resonant, weakness, attack weight.
For scyther, charging charm, razor claw, weakness policy. You can replace weakness for float stone if you want even more speed.

The Greedent buffs are Great not gonna lie but I don't think they fixed the Bug that well
Can you do a video talking about the greedent buff. It’s so underwhelming and the removal of the supposed “bug” that existed for 3 years which allowed greedent to shoot seeds while stunned has made the worse moveset on a bad Pokemon unplayable. Cannot logic it other than the mon does things we do not like = lets keep it out of the meta forever
Are there still targeting bugs in this? I remember using some of Scizor’s abilities, and the targeting going in opposite directions.
Your controls were likely set weird.
How can that even happen without changing them? Can you even change them? It's like every so often, the targeting glitches another direction. Used multiple controllers too.@@booskidoo9169

Boosted Basic, Razor Leaf, position and attack, return Razor Leaf, Aerial Ace for damage and position as needed with enhanced basic after. Q

@@GINO7878Attack weight is a held item in the game that boosts your attack every time you score for the rest of the game. The max stack (which means using as little aeos energy to score, to gain more attack buffs) is 6. Every time you score you attack increases by 12, for a maximum of 72 extra attack.

I don't think scizor needed a buff he was already really good. (Edit) Alright, scizor wasn't the best, but he did well in 1v1. I could never win a scizor in 1v1.

Yes he is a monster no one can beat him in 1V1 but the main problem is long range also he has very less speed
It definitely struggled against a lot of ranged matchups but this buff feels nice on both kits
No, please stop, he was not good, he was situationally decent, we need to acknowledge that a mon is probably not good even if it's our favorite mon, just bc i personally do well with Greninja doesn't mean it doesn't need buffs as many other characters can do much better with lesser effort.
