    Supermarkets use some of these principals (temperature especially), but don't advertise them so you have to come back sooner to buy more. Super video, super product!

    A hundred years ago this type of food conscious science was the daily life of housewives, necessary to prevent waste and provide nutrition. Without knowledge spoilage occurred. This concept works well for me, but I wonder how well it would work for a large family.

    I want to throw away my fridge now! The closed doors of our fridges are probably why Americans throw away 50% of their food. I want to try this new method with all my organic produce :p
