    I’m so happy that I found this recipe. I’ve made it 2 times already this week. It has really good flavor for having so few ingredients. Thanks!

    Thank you for posting this recipe!! It was the first recipe I ever tried in my brand new blender and it was great!!!
    Instead of onions and potatoes I used baby carrots and 3 jarred Artichoke Hearts.
    I used 2 cups Bone Broth and 1 cup water instead of 3 cups bone broth.
    I forgot oil so I topped it with some pumpkin seeds.
    Just used salt for spice because I didn’t have cumin.
    Used #2 soup setting.
    Came out beautifully!!
    Added maybe more veggies than was called for so it was a little too thick. Need a little more liquid, but it was awesome and easy!!
    Thanks again!! I was a little lost on where to even start, but your video was easy and quick to follow!! Bless you!!

    I don't know if I did something wrong, but this is the thickest soup ever! the flavor was spot on, but the consistency was like pudding. I'll add more broth next time!

      That seems weird I make this recipe pretty often. You made the right call by adding extra broth. Happy the flavor is right on point.
      Thanks for watching and trying my recipe. Stay safe and all the best in 2021.

    Just made this soup. My first time eating lentils. Delish!! Didn't have cumin but used coriander. At the end added tablespoon of unsalted butter and coconut milk to thin it down some. Do you have a recipe for Roasted Butternut Squash Soup?

      QUESTION
      Is it ok to use GREEN lentil for the soup, as it says Red Lentils. New cook here.

    • @Baba_dees
      @Baba_dees  4 роки тому

      Wolff Street is where it went down. You sure can use green lentils. Green lentils have a stronger earthy flavor but will still make a great soup. Great question 👍

    can you use frozen califlower or broccoli to the soup or should it be fresh

    • @Baba_dees
      @Baba_dees  4 роки тому +1

      I would recommend fresh if possible if not frozen can work. The only Caution would be frozen normally becomes overcooked.
      I hope this helps you thanks for watching.
