I love your videos! As a dancer who is trying to get into musical theater, I'm very new to singing so I find your content really helpful! This video was very informative. So thanks and keep up the awesome work!
Thanks Rosie I've learned a lot from. Im a teacher and been experiencing a lot of problems with my throat for almost 5 years. I have allergy rhinitis and it affects my throat. By the way, what kind of medicine you're putting into your nebulizer? thank you
Sorry to hear you've been experiencing voice problems. Has your doctor recommended a nasal spray for rhinitis? I avoid steroids but Sterimar is great (discuss with GP first!). Here is the solution for the nebuliser: www.amazon.co.uk/Isotonic-Chloride-Inhalation-Solution-humidifying/dp/B07PBCHVF2 😌
Great question! Either is fine as the passages are connected. If you have time and can steam over a bowl, breathing through the nose and mouth is great (my nebuliser also comes with a mask to go over the nose). I personally prefer one that goes in to the mouth as it feels like the steam goes more directly to my vocal folds (it's also easier on the go) - it's personal preference though.

Thanks Rosie. When steaming should I steam into mouth or is it nose?
