The New Year is always fraught so know that many of us are dealing with this huge roller coaster of holiday ups and downs. Keep sharing! Maybe because I was embarrassed a lost a bunch of hours doing that, (labeling my nail swatches) when I wanted to do something productive with my day. 😂 "Squirrel!" 🐿️ I used to be a beauty department manager, and I think I purchased every bottle of nail polish in existence. Lol. I have 4 shoe box sized boxes full of them! I even went through a nail art phase a few years back.. I should totally dig up those old pictures! :) one Christmas I learned how to paint a penguin on my accent nail. 💅🏻 It's so tricky painting the other hand! Lol. Yes I do wonder about ADHD and autism perhaps being related somehow? Even though they are different conditions, and sometimes you can have both. But it's the fact that depression, bipolar, ADHD, autism and dyslexia run in my family. I noticed people who have ADHD or autism tend to also have diagnosed major depression or bipolar, as well as learning disabilities &/or dyslexia. The people I have known anyway..and that isn't counting comorbities. Let's face it, if you are neurodivergent, and it passed undiagnosed for your whole life, there is a good chance you are going to have depression and anxiety just for dealing with it your whole life and thinking it's your fault. That's not even inherited depression, that's just surviving and getting through it somehow. There is so much to learn. It can be pretty overwhelming. (Sorry type too much). :)
I fully understand how frustrating it is sometimes to complete a thought or sentence. Its the main reason I seeked medical help. I feel for you. Focus on the positives more. Seems like you are hyper focused on all the negatives. Show me a video of mostly positive things. Show me your hopes and realistic dreams in a positive way. Show me that you did something kind for a stranger. Show me that you did something kind for someone you care about in your life. Show me something you did to better your life. Show me some progress you made with cleaning. Show me these things. They dont have to be huge gestures for people. I'd love to see a video with these. Good luck. You can do it.

I think this is how it can sometimes turn into rumination or giving up. And the burnout part is getting in the way too, I'm trying to force solutions because I tried so many things and frustrated things are the same. And the guilt I have too. I just found your comment as I am falling asleep for the night. I am going to reflect on this, thank you. 🤗🙏🏻💕🫶🏻🕊️ There's always the demand avoidance too. 😂. So much I am learning this year. Retail is hard profession you have to have the patience of a saint to deal with the customers, Public. Sheri you will rise above things and your presence will shine. Sheri go a walk at a gentle pace and take in the scenery and think beautiful thoughts and push your struggles to one side. Being in pain is off putting you will find a solution. @ladyphoenix_111 Sheri, i will always support you and try my best to advise you, as you have helped me together, we are not alone in this universe. It's 4:40pm.starting to get dark now, we've been in the garden gathering up rest of the fruit, tided around the courtyard terrace etc, went into the pool did about 60, 30mtr lengths. I've not been sleeping too good as Talia 90days his up here and she as to return to L.A., I fly out to L.A. in about two weeks as I've got few loose ends to sort here in Spain. It's been magical I can't wait till we make her stay here a permanent one but so much red tape and hoops to jump through. She loves it here. Gentle pace of life no hustle and bustle. Unlike Hollywood and Bev Hills. We found out so much about each other good and what needs to be put right. She as changed my life and the way I totally think, she accepts me for who/what I am. I do hope you are okay and not so stressed as you deserve so much out of life as you try so hard. Have a super day, sheri..🤍🌟🩷🙏🎇✨️
Not yet, just because - well I didn't think my insurance would cover that? And also the pain is temporary until the back heals and I go easy on it for a few days to a week. I know I am supposed to be doing stretches for it, to strengthen other areas to support my back, so I blame myself. I just haven't been able to find the worksheets since we moved. 🤷🏻♀️ 🤦🏻♀️Doh! My bad! :) Most of my content is about my struggles with ADHD right now, and also learning about Autism. So it might seem weird seeing this. It has been very surprising and eye opening to become aware of all of this stuff. And overwhelming. And the last few years I have isolated myself more and more as it has seemed to have gotten worse. There is this thing called ADHD burnout, like there is autism burnout. If you think you are like everyone else, and you hold yourself up to the same expectations that is more than you can do, it can burn you out and make you sick. It's really confusing. So I started this to help other people like myself, as I try different things to help me as well. I have an "about me" folder/ playlist, if that is helpful to see why I started the channel and what I am trying to do. I think it says "New to my channel? Watch me first. :)" I have to make a better video as I learn how to make them better and explain things better. :) I'm just an old girl, with a phone, trying to get better and help other people too. I don't know what the heck I am doing here. Hahaha 🤣 been off all social media since 2008! So I am verrrrry late to the party. I feel like a dinosaur. 🦖🦕
