Seems crazy to me considering it doesn't do apple car play or android auto...
Is there a CA-C3AV type cable with a micro-usb female at the other end ? Pls let me know. This would enable just one chord to be connected from the phone to this cable, without any further converters or adaptors. Thanks
We do not offer a cable with a micro USB connection on one end and an audio/video connection on the other.

How are you watching videos ? I have the exact head unit and it does not have video mirroring do I have to buy a diff adapter ?
Having the same problem here even when I go to input & output settings to mess with usb/Mt it is not recognizing my phone but yet Charges it still?

That's an older, discontinued model from Pioneer that unfortunately did not support Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
Can this do an custom wall paper screen
It is not possible to upload your own custom wall paper or background. The only choices are the preloaded options
What dash kit would I need for 2016 Jeep Patriot

Do you also need the wiring parts to install the radio into the Jeep? If you do, we need to know if it came with the Boston Acoustics sound system. Also, does it have steering wheel radio controls that you want to keep working with the Pioneer radio?

Yes it has voice control for both Android and Apple smart phones

I bought mines open box, when I press the microphone butting it tells me that the feature is not available on my device. I also cannot receive text messages on the radio. What am I missing???
Climate controls all the sudden don't work. Constantly blows hot air from the dashboard then randomly switches to AC....

the AVH-521EX does not have andoird auot capabilties.
Kinda makes it not worth going through all the hoops to install
