Very good review, straightforward and quick👍
I love ghost protien I use it as meal replacement for breakfast and for dessert it has some sugar but not as much as I used to eat
Thank you for the honest review!
Mix with 6 oz of CarbMaster skim milk or FairLife Skim.
Sweet video!
Got this powder after seeing your review and I must say this is one of the best protein powders I’ve tasted. Thanks !
Glad it helped and that you liked it. Definitely one of the best tasting ones I’ve had
Hey another Rosenthal!
Picked this one up today full jar it’s awesome
very nice!
Do you do pre workout reviews?
more Protein reviews please!
Yep, I’ll review anything I can get my hands on 👍
@@jesserosenthal
Could you review Pre Kaged pre workout?
I appreciate the review! Just purchased myself one! Also, where did you get your t shirt?
Thanks for watching man! I got this shirt from Zivi Apparel
How is it so far?
how did it mix?
I'm new to all of this stuff. So are you only supposed to drink a little bit of this stuff while working out or are you supposed to mix multiple scoops if I use 1 bottle of 16.9 fl oz water?
So there's really no "right or wrong" to how you use it. Protein powder is a simple and convenient way to add in more protein to your day without having to cook something. The most common way people use it is to mix 1-2 scoops with some water or milk to drink after their workout. I'd generally recommend using 8-12oz of whatever liquid you're using. But there's nothing magical about the time of day you have it....meaning, it doesn't have to be after your workout. You can have it as a snack during the day, or before your workout, or any time.
someone was saying on another review that 25 grams of protein and 39 grams per scoop comes to 64 grams and that it is poor quality for ur money? can someone explain this please?
I think what that is trying to say is that based on the amount of total powder in a scoop, they’d like to see more protein.
It has 3 ingredients, the rest is from the cookie pieces
Yep, but we’re still consuming them haha
@@jesserosenthal I get that. But for a processed cookie I expect nothing less lol.
@@Someonefoundyou yep agreed man. But I think it’s important to note that it is a ton of ingredients compared to some other wheys. And yes of course, if u take the cookies out of it, the ingredients list will be much less.
@@jesserosenthalthe high fructose corn syrup scared me but its so good 🤣. Going back to iso 100 after I'm done with this tub!!
Also what protein do you use that’s only one carb?
Transparent labs whey isolate
I like the reviews! Ever try true nutrition?
Got more coming man! I haven’t tried anything of theirs. But their pre workout has a few proprietary blends it looks like, which is always a red flag to me
Dope video king
Thank you man 🙌
Where do you get the free samples?
They have them on the website!
It’s ight
Love Ghost Amino's, but can't stand their Whey. The last thing I want in my protein drink is bits of desert floating around. So many better options for less money.
Like what?
Would this protein fall under low carb?
I think it depends on what you consider low carb. Bc most protein powders don’t have much if any carbs. Protein powder in general is a low carb product. But compared to other protein powders it might have more carbs
Too many ingredients but it taste so good 😂
So this would be good for a skinner guy trying to gain weight and muscle ?
It would be fine for someone looking to lose fat or someone looking to build muscle. Bc 99% of the calories/nutrition needed to achieve either of those goals will not be impacted much by getting an extra ~5g of carbs or fats per scoop. But by the entire diet as a whole
Is this Isolate? Cause im lactose intolerant
I don’t believe this is lactose free.
@@jesserosenthal ah ok thanks
@@Dream-yq2et no problem. my fiance is lactose intolerant as well, and this is the protein powder we get for her: bit.ly/3JKIf20
Honestly, I think the stuff tastes like shit. I ended up giving it to a buddy at the gym. A ton of corn syrup shit ingredients. I regret buying it. I mostly buy levels or transparent labs
I love the transparent labs protein
@@jesserosenthal definitely do transparent labs. Or a brand called levels. Is probably one of my favorites. This brand is targeted more I think for people like 17-24
