I was looking for Ghost flavor videos while I was waiting for my first Ghost protein (Cinnabon) to be delivered. I was going to return it because of this video but I gave it a shot and was really surprised how much I actually loved it (and I'm super sensitive to chemical-tasting protein powders). It's rich, creamy, and I don't taste the weird chemical taste at all (maybe they improved it?).
Great video but goes to show you we all have different taste!

I tried most of these and I agree with you. The Nutter Butter and Peanut Butter Cereal Milk are the best ones. I tried the newer chocolate nutter butter but I like the original one better.

I have the Chips Ahoy flavor and while most people rave about the chunks, for me personally I don't like it. Feels like I'm getting unmixed powder chunks which I hate
Yes, I have indeed heard this before from some people. They don’t like having to chew on bits while drinking protein, which is understandable. For that, as far as Ghost brand specifically, I’d recommend the peanut butter cereal milk one. It’s damn good.
@@Bravebelly I personally don't even chew the chunks, I'm the type to jug my shake so I just down it at once, and it just feels weird having chunks in there. I'd love it if they removed the chunks and just kept the flavor
I want to try blending up one of those chips ahoy thin cookies with my normal protein shake and see if I get kind of the same consistency. One of those thin cookies adds 37 cal, 5 carbs, less 2 g of fat. Might be worth it to add that little bit of crunch that people like.

Man I just got and tried the nutter butter, if that's a 9.5/10 then I don't wanna try any of the rest. Tasted more like 5/10 to me. Fairlife is 9.5/10 and Core Power is 10/10. Ready to drink and $26 for 18, which is actually cheaper than these. You should try them.

I only use these for protein ice cream. I’m a simple man, I go for value, best protein gram/$ with 130 calories or less. If you can find 40 gram/$ anywhere, typically at a BOGO sale, buy buy buy.

You should sip water to reset your pallet.
vitamin shoppe is definitely the go to for value. if you catch them running 20 or 25% off or something similar you can get the 5lb chips ahoy for a killer deal for ghost prices. Or if you catch gnc when they run their yearly bogo 50 on the 2.2lbs ones and stack instore pickup or use a routine for the 10% extra off.

I would say the chips ahoy is slightly better than Oreo. Neither of which have a chemical aftertaste. Both aren’t as good as the pnut butter though.

I thought the same thing about the fruity Cereal Milk. I also felt like the flavor didn’t hit until my shaker was almost empty like it seeped to the bottom. Weird. Didn’t like at all. I LOVE the Oreo bday cake one the best. Other than that I’m not a huge fan of their Whey. Their Vegan is a step above for me honestly.

My first sample was the fruity flavor and I loved it.. I currently have Oreo, WoW!!! Oreo is on point in my opinion.. if you actually mix with whole milk.. it's a true milk shake...So damn good even though when you mix whole milk it is loaded with sugar.
I have the coffee ice cream one and I actually really like it because I can't have a lot of caffeine but I missed coffee flavor in the morning!

Yes of course! 💯 as long as it’s used as an actual meal. Keep in mind the calories and compare it to your usual meal replacement. If it’s less than the whole food you eat as a meal, you WILL lose weight. Keep in mind I’m NOT a doctor so I’m not making a recommendation. Just saying that’s what I do to lose weight :))

I reviewed the ingredients of Ghost vs some others...Correct me if I am wrong but isn't this relatively low quality protein?

My local GNC has some of the Ghost whey protein items on sale for 50%. Must be getting closer to the expiration date. Nutter Butter was one of them. Personally, if I purchased the cereal milk flavor, then I would blend it with frozen fruit such as bananas, peaches, pineapple, strawberries, and mango. Even the basic vanilla or strawberry flavored powders are greatly enhanced with frozen fruit. Just finished one.
