So important. Most of us feel overwhelmed by listening to trauma on the radio or TV. We cant absorb it. Listening to these events create burnout. So many people become hard rocked. We destroy our fragility and vulnerability as if these are wrong. This is not wrong as Thomas speaks so well. Thank you Thomas ..,I was a nurse
I'm still unravelling trauma absorbed by those institutions who abused me as a nurse and almost destroyed my character.

I have blocked all my trauma from my past, that pasted into my daughter. Now I know how the systems of power feed the pattern that repeats the pattern. I’m ready to heal and transform the future.
Too many professional helpers do no know how or believe in transformation.
    It’s literally Heart Breaking.
I will name these labeled professional.

I’d really like to know thoughts surrounding collective trauma amongst women and women and children because of domestic violence, gender violence and psychological abuse.

We need to stop the wounding. If our world continues to allow trauma/hate crimes, we will never heal. Hopelessness exists because society promotes numbing pain instead of Neutralizing the source. Victim blaming is an epidemic. Thank you Harvard and all!

Wounded world. The Holocaust is one of many world wide genocides through history. It’s traumatic that we don’t recognize world history or the sickness of humans. We can and do heal from trauma with recognizing we feel the affects of trauma from history.
