just started playing GU coming from World/Rise and G4U, this really helps a lot since i couldnt find a good tutorial for the CB. This is awsome and really detailed, probably one of the best Guides ive seen on UA-cam!
This is a great educational guide. I appreciate how you covered everything from each styles to gear progression that covers skills to run. I'm glad that I watched and am curious to see what you so next.

This is by far the best charge blade guide I have seen. I've watched Gaijin Hunter and Arrekz gaming, and as good as they are for telling you what moves you can do, they make it feel like a power point. You make it sound like I'm actually talking to someone.

To think I wanted to start learning CB for GU (I’ve been wanting to but I’m a very heavy visual learner and didn’t wanna get overwhelmed by jumping into a random hunt first). This video has practically been a gift from god, and I can not WAIT to see if you try to make any more tutorials. Considering the recent sale the Game has, I’m attempting to rope as many people as plausible onto the GU bandwagon, and quite frankly I adore the effort put into these videos As for sets, if only Hayabusa wasn’t such a big chore to complete
One thing worth noting is that the community sometimes calls AED SAED, and SAED UAED, which can confuse some people AED/SAED is the swing that produces 3 explosions, double button press on axe mode and hold back while pressing X, SAED/UAED is the big explosion that consumes the shield charge (can't remember if it consumed the shield in 4U)
Hell yea, GU/XX content still going strong. Just started a new file on switch, at the end of high rank and can’t wait to get a build going to play online with.

that example charm of tenderizer +4 3 slots is really putting into perspective how cracked of a talisman i got as soon as i reached hub high rank. It was like first 2 missions and i got tenderizer 5 AND 3 slots....
Hayabusa Feather is a one time reward from clearing Advanced: Out of the Fry Pan, which is unlocked by 100%-ing (minus Prowler and Advanced) Low Rank Village. Once clear, you can pick it up from the Yukumo Chief.
I love CB. I started using CB in 4u then i skips mhgu and went to play mhw and rise. Trying mhgu CB so complicated, no shortcut to ultra discharge 😂😂😂 CB nerf... really hurt me a lot. The shortcut thrust into discharge was my breads and butter. Just need to get used to GU that there's NO SHORTCUT thrust into discharge 😅😅😅

Very good guide. I still main Adept Style with just Absolute Readiness but I will try other styles. I remember fondly how fun Aerial CB was.
