    1. Eggs, 2 pcs.
    2. Sugar, 2 tbsp.
    3. Salt, 1 tsp
    4. Vegetable oil, 3 tbsp.
    5. Kefir, 500 ml.
    6. Baking soda, 1 tsp
    7. Flour, 800 gr.
    8. Vegetable oil for frying
    1. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, vegetable oil.
    2. Pour in the warmed kefir
    3. Add the baking soda and mix
    4. Add flour and knead the dough. Flour may need a little more or a little less. But do not add a lot of flour, otherwise the dough will turn out heavy and coarse. If the dough sticks too much, lubricate your hands with vegetable oil.
    5. Divide the dough into identical lumps and cover them with a film (so that they do not get wet).
    6. Let's start making pies. If the dough sticks, you can dust it with flour a little. We form a tortilla, fill it with our favorite filling and glue the edges of the tortilla.
    7. Put the pies on a towel
    8. Fry the pies in well-heated vegetable oil. First, we spread the seam down. Make sure that the dough does not break from the top from heating. If you notice that the dough has started to break, turn it over, fry on the back side until ready and then turn it over and fry the first side.
    9. Cover the finished pies with a towel to keep them soft.
