The difference will be there because Madhapur / Hitech City are areas which have Companies - providing employment. Where as areas like Tellapur are Residential areas, as Infrastructure improves Prices Rise, this is the reason, when you plan to invest, you should invest in a place where there is High Scope for development, which has not yet happened, but, will happen in 4 to 5 years time, this way you will get Property at Low price and Prices will increase as development happen, hope this helps
