    Brother Martel, you hit the nail on the head with fresh raw watery fruits being a priority in the AM. I eat fruit every morning for breakfast for optimal digestion and hydration and down it with water.

    I drink ginger tea with lemon right before I hit the gym and its a game changer

    Martel, I really appreciate all that you put out into the world and you have many qualities that I find admirable.
    I have a question about status, more specifically how people treat you differently when they sense that you have TRUE potential.
    Correct me if I'm wrong but some people (many people) can't stand the fact that you have something they don't. What's even worse is that you never wanted them any ill, in fact, you've been kind, helpful and generous all along. Could you please elaborate on this?
    I am almost certain you've made one or several videos about this already, because I remember you talking about it, but somehow can't find the exact video. Could you link me the video that elaborates on this the most?
