I lived in China for many years and I am very happy to see that they are continually modernizing into the space age. I am truly happy for them. Someday I hope to visit again my in-laws all live in China.

I just came back from China. I like 1. Safety 2. Convenience of transportation and food delivery 3. Much cheaper price for mostly everything compared to to America. I don’t like, dusty, too crowded, cigarette smoking smell everywhere, sometime sewage smelling, food hygiene level is much lower than in the US.
About food hygiene level.I find that most foreign tourists are comparing Chinese street food with American middle-class food.If you take the cheapest Chinese food Then you do have to take some risks.
Food insecurity is also more of a media hype, true, but food in the southern cities isn't bad, just like the recent tanker truck incident. These people will tell you that the tanker truck was used to fill it with soybean oil, but they won't tell you that the truckload of soybean oil was actually used to produce industrial auxiliaries and didn't make it to the supermarket along with the food processors. This cajoling batch of news only covers the first half of the story, not the second half. Of course, the Chinese trader part of the story does run the risk of gutter oil blending, the rest may not.
Yes the cigarette smoking smell is everywhere, especially outside shopping malls. People are not allowed to smoke inside public buildings, so they smoke outside on the street. Hope this situation will getting better in the future.😢

I just came back from China. I like 1. Safety 2. Convenience of transportation and food delivery 3. Much cheaper price for mostly everything compared to to America. I don’t like, dusty, too crowded, cigarette smoking smell everywhere, sometime sewage smelling, food hygiene level is much lower than in the US.

About food hygiene level.I find that most foreign tourists are comparing Chinese street food with American middle-class food.If you take the cheapest Chinese food Then you do have to take some risks.
Food insecurity is also more of a media hype, true, but food in the southern cities isn't bad, just like the recent tanker truck incident. These people will tell you that the tanker truck was used to fill it with soybean oil, but they won't tell you that the truckload of soybean oil was actually used to produce industrial auxiliaries and didn't make it to the supermarket along with the food processors. This cajoling batch of news only covers the first half of the story, not the second half. Of course, the Chinese trader part of the story does run the risk of gutter oil blending, the rest may not.
Yes the cigarette smoking smell is everywhere, especially outside shopping malls. People are not allowed to smoke inside public buildings, so they smoke outside on the street. Hope this situation will getting better in the future.😢

For those who are wondering about the charges these drones delivery cost, you need to pay no less than 2.5$ for whatever you are buying, and another 0.5$ for the delivery itself(that's 15 yuan to start with, 4 yuan for the delivery)

Definitely a smart move to have the drone deliver the package to that delivery site, opposed to trying to match a person with their order and safely handle the drop off. I’ve worked in customer service back in the day and you’d be surprised how many people would get injured by this drone 😂

Delivery jobs are mostly carried out by humans, imagine the level of unemployment which drone deliveries could cause all around the globe, including in china.
