- Starting a mini series talking through my personal impulsive behaviour, I talk honestly to raise awareness for the struggle to control my own actions even when I know they are wrong.
This video helps a bit. I know my bpd affects my spending habits but im not sure what it looked like. Im not sure if a purchase im making is an impulse or something i actually need. Im Realizing that i don't actually need it. I now know it just feels that way. But now begins the leg work on trying to figure out why. I appreciate this dude. I've been looking for someone relating to this! This video is buried under yt algorithm :/.

Just spent £40 on hair shit. Supposed to be saving for moving. But my quest for good hair continues and my impulse not to spend is weak as.....
Good hair is as good a pursuit as any.

Georgie Pettit someone sent me a chart about saving a penny, then two; then 3 each day until at the end of the year you need to put £3.56 in the jar but over a year that will add up!
Ooh must try this! I thinks an app too that rounds up everything you spend to the nearest £1 and saves it for you!
