And what do you think of looksmatched married couples, do you think that looks matter to them as much? I mean my parents aren't a Chad and Stacy, but more average looking people, with my mom being slightly better looking, and they clearly love each other. You can't say that only looks matter. They do, but what about long term relationships?
@@leaczinkota1979 I gained weight when my wife was pregnant to match her and literally she hated it. Women are much more picky than men. I lost the weight and I went back to tell women "sorry I'm married" LOOKS COUNT all throughout life.
I can just tell by the way that supplement bottle looks that it's lower quality and I wonder how many of these vitamins are even very bio availably significant. If you're putting things in your body, spend more for higher quality supplements. trust me on that
@@MP-ut6eb This is the conclusion I've realized. Even if you get a woman based on looksmaxing, you'll know that she's with you for that superficial reason. Is that really any better than just paying for sex?
@@user-us4mc7ej3c I know a Chad. They're able to "slay" with hookups but just can't find a long-term relationship. So no, I don't think they're happy or that it's all it's cracked up to be. Why not just pay for an escort? It's the same amount of superficial emotionally detached sex.
@@RegisteredNurse926 so you just fount out the solution for all blackpillers!! Just pay escorts bro xD and more seriously I think looksmaxxing has some great benefits such as being proud of yourself. Your confidence goes up and although it won't make you slay I think it has the power to make you happier in the long term. Do it for yourself
Items that temporarily help you are not good to use long term. For example, mouth wash should NOT be used to replace brushing teeth. In fact, long-term using mouth wash will dry out your gums which will cause receding, this happened to someone in my family so I'm not trying to make up bullshit. Hair spray will cause your hair pours to clog up and make it harder for new hair to grow out. So I would assume wax is the same. YOU MUST wash your hair at the end of the day and wash these products out. Also deodorant should NOT replace a shower. At the end of the day, you should still shower to get it off or use a wet towel. My point is, LAZY products to cover up LAZY habits will only speed up hair loss, teeth loss, bad skin, and many other things. Creating GOOD habits is what will save you. Good luck to all who are trying too Looksmaxx, I wish you stay healthy while trying to achieve your goals. Healthy = Good looks :D

And how many times at the week should I use shampoo? I heard that if you use shampoo or clean your hair every day is bad for your hair and you could get bald Or what could be the perfect hair care?
@@123456789047745 Correct! if you use shampoo every day you will wash away your natural oils and thus making the hair dry. I personally wash every 2-3 days. It all depends on your hair tho, if you have dry hair maybe you'd do it a little less often, and oilier hair you'd do it more often. I'd say wash it the day after it starts feeling a bit oily. It's easier to tell with long hair, I don't have short hair so I don't know. This is all me rambling about personal experience, I'd recommend you do some research for yourself. I hope you find a great balance. A safe guess would be 2-3 times a week, and please at least once a week for the very least. Oh! And if you use product in your hair, you should wash it out before bed. So any gels, sprays, are very damaging to keep in your hair over night!
I can tell you all that this is 100% the trick. I was an mostly ignored ugly duckling growing up, and started Looksmaxxing just like this (didn't know it was a thing though I just did it on my own) and going to the gym 5 days a week at age 20. Today I'm 26 and the way people look at me in public, talk to me and treat me is so different from back then. I feel valued. My old anxiety naturally turned into confidence. Don't just do this to get with women, do it for an easier and more enjoyable life. I'm never going back to being a low value man.
That happens anyways because your older now. Nobody respects a 20 year old kid. By the time your 33 you will get treated with even more respect. Just pump and dump bro, don't catch feels and screw your life up like I did.
@@StevenSpergburg not necessarily, I'm 25 and I don't think I can think of anyone who respects me. I'm 5'7, 155 pounds, and balding badly (however i always wear a hat/beanie). My own tips: 1) Get a haircut which suits your skull. 2) Tan if you are pale (either self-tan or real). Just don't look orange and make sure that it is even. 3) Properly groom and style/shape your facial hair. Use peppermint oil for your facial hair (legit). 4) Address thinning hair/balding properly. Personally I have used microneedling, peppermint oil, bi-estro/estriol cream, emu oil and Ketoconazole 2% cream for my hair and seen outstanding results. Microneedling, emu oil and bi-estro/estriol cream are also good for your skin. Try this method if you wish or just use finasteride. If your hair is too far gone then either shave it or look at HT or non surgical procedures. 5) Get in good shape/lift. A lean and muscular/athletic build is best. No need to go OTT, just to the point where you look good/built both with a shirt on as well as without. 6) Stay hydrated. 7) Have a good skin care regimen. 8) Use SPF30 minimum every day to prevent premature ageing. Preferably use PA++++++ as this is even more effective in preventing premature ageing. 9) Moisturise your face and hands. Hands was a big one for me. 10) Groom your eyebrows (don't overdo it). 11) Pluck unibrow. 12) Wear clothes which properly fit. Look stylish. Also make sure that the colours you wear suit you. 13) Train your neck. 14) Improve your posture. 15) Improve testosterone. 16) Get plenty of good quality sleep (at least seven/eight hours). Tips for sleeping better: make your room as cold and as dark as possible, only use your bedroom for sleep and s**, try to avoid too much screen time before bed (maybe read a book or meditate) and find the time in which you tend to wake up and work around it via your sleep schedule. 17) Whiten/straighten teeth and make sure that your breath is fresh. For whitening your best bet is professional whitening or an at home whitening kit/strips. Pearl Drops toothpaste is decent for whitening, although it's quite minimal. Invisalign is pretty good for straightening and tends to be much more cost friendly than actual surgery. 18) Potentially wear height increasing insoles if you are average height/short. Don't go more than 3" though as you may have some explaining to do eventually. 19) Wear a nice aftershave/cologne. Don't overdo this. Three sprays is enough. Make sure that the scent matches the season too. Your best bet is to use one which smells both nice and has good longevity. Try some nice scented body wash too; Molton Brown, L'Occitane or Arran Sense of Scotland I'd personally recommend. Obviously if you're ugly then smelling nice won't make a difference, but if you're attractive to a girl and you smell nice then it's a nice plus. The three colognes which have gotten me the most compliments from women are Versace Dylan Blue, Prada L'Homme and D&G The One EDP. 20) Try to avoid sugars and dairy. Keep your diet in check as this can show on your face (acne, bloating, inflammation, etc.). Anti-inflammatory foods and foods high in antioxidants can make a huge difference. Examples include salmon, extra virgin olive oil, carrots, tomatoes, berries, spinach, watermelon, sweet potatoes, garlic, ginger, seeds, avocado and pineapple. 21) Make sure that your hygiene is on point. Wash your twice face daily both in the morning and before bed. 22) Use castor oil for eyelashes/eyebrows if necessary. Eyelashes are often overlooked and thicker and darker ones are preferable, same as eyebrows. 23) Try meditation and to keep away from stressful situations. 24) Keep alcohol to a minimum and avoid drugs and smoking. 25) Wear the right colours of clothing. Make sure that it suits your skin tone, hair colour, eye colour, etc. Believe it or not this is more important than you may think and women notice this. 26) Keep your tongue pressed at the roof of your mouth and breathe through your node. This is critical if you are still in your development, but it's important for any age. 27) Now if you are legit deformed/ugly then you are going to have to make a choice. Potentially look at surgical procedures to correct it or try to alleviate it as best you can. These are just off the top of my head, but I hope that this is of use to those who read it. It's also important to note that "game" works too, as long as you're past a certain looks threshold. I'll give an example: say if you and a guy are both going for the same girl who is attracted to both of you and you're at a similar looks level, height, income, race, etc then she will likely choose the guy with the better "game" (I.e. funnier, more masculine, confident, etc). It's best to have all areas covered. One other thing to remember that contrast is HUGE. I'll give an example: I'm dark blonde with dark eyebrows and light coloured eyes. A tan on me works really well due to this. I am also considering doing a looksmaxxing channel in case people have any questions.
@@nostromo9081 I've heard RU58841 recommended a few times, but I have personally never used it. I was able to regain full density of my hair and go back to around NW1 with the topicals used above (including diet). That along with microneedling (increasing collagen) has helped a huge amount. Currently I have a gf (with two side-girls) and had girls approaching me last time I went out to a nightclub the other night. My success has really shot up since I started doing these things.
wheat waffles i have a great video idea fro you, start fake dating profiles with 6 different guys (a 5, a 6, a 7, an 8, a 9 and a 10/we all know how sub 5 would go), all info the same, just a different picture, same location, 100 swipes each all right of course, and then really do the math on the results and show us how many matches/dates each guy can get and of what quality they would be, would be extremely interesting and much more info than just a chadfish video
If this experiment is to be conducted, due to the tinder algorithm, the 5 profiles should just register (in the same day-hour) and do nothing for 1 week or month, just wait to see how many girls will swipe right on them. The number will be visible, but you will not know what girls have chosen you.
@@georgiosdoumas2446 swiping right doesn't mean crap, especially with women. Some swipe right just out of boredom and never reply back after contact. If Waffles are willing to do this experiment he really should try to close a deal with them and either a) count how many phones/snapchat profiles he can get, which i don't like ebcause it's still not certain if you gona meet in person since women tend to dissapear all of a sudden; or b) (prefered by me) literally arrange coffee dates with them (but then politely deny of course). That way we surely have a valuable rate of what to expect.

Just started watching these videos, the number ONE thing we should ALL do, is stop putting women on a pedestal like they're something incredible, when most women aren't. STOP liking their photos and telling them they look good, bring them back down to reality. That is the best thing possible.
It is easier for a camel to enter into the eye of a needle than for you to succeed in making men all around the world to stop simping for women and liking women's pictures on social media especially tick tock, Instagram and tinder.
one of your best videos. Because there's much less doom and gloom and much more solutions and tangible things you can do. Like you said, I felt like I was doing a lot, but I also don't do everything on that list. It gave me new things to improve, thank you.
I want to thank you wheat. A few months ago you gave me a rating and said I was easily a 6, pushing 7 but that currently I was a 5 because I was possibly Norwooding and had bad acne, I’ve taken medicine for acne and it is almost all gone. I had always been told by family I had a high forehead (which is true), so I had dismissed it as just being a bad hairline but not balding. But after comparing old pictures, you were right, I was definitely norwooding. I got a fade haircut and started minoxidil. If it wasn’t for you I’d have continued to be unaware about how much these things were affecting my appearance, and I have noticed much more success on tinder, and reactions from women IRL since I started taking your advice.
Yeah same thing happened to me, Norwood 2 and acne breakouts and hopefully I can fix that in the near future. He rated me a 6 currently (but had a lot of positives to say about my actual bone structure), didn’t purchase the looksmaxxing part but I suspect I could increase my rating if those things changed. Recently I had a hunch those things were drastically affecting my attractiveness (still doesn’t stop girls from calling me handsome/cute), but thanks to Wheat I know those things are actually a problem.
We live in such a blue pill world. Full of cope. Here’s the biggest head scratcher: one truth about the western world that has been widely accepted is the notion that “life is unfair”… In movies, real life, religion, just about every aspect of our current society in the west you will hear the statement “life is unfair”… constantly. The one thing that boggles my mind is that if everyone in the West has accepted the fact that life is unfair why is it that this fact is extracted from the fact that some people are better looking than others and looks totally matter. I am unable to process those two discrepancies. It doesn’t make any sense for looks not to matter if life isn’t fair. If we are taught that being tall is more attractive than being short (which is widely excepted by even the most hardcore blue pill mentalities). Honestly, take a minute to think about how many debates or discussions that you hear about being tall versus being short… If you’re being honest with yourself you could probably count them on one hand. So why is it that this one little thing about looks is such a thing that can’t be understood. It’s quite simple, but it makes no sense why there are so many debates on the subject of looks. Get it into your heads…looks absolutely matter…And always will matter.
It's cognitive distancing. What's going on is they are separating the market for making money from the looks market. They say life is unfair... but only apply it to their ability to gain a large amount of income. They then say life shouldn't all be about looks in the same sentence as a way to protect themselves from the ultimate horror of not reproducing with the partner that they want. Basically they're saying that it's unfair that others have money and there's nothing you can do about it, but they then say that they should be able to get anyone they want to sleep with regardless of their looks (which is usually spoken by a sub 5.)
who disagrees that looks don't matter?? Even dudes who swear they have fucked hot women based on personality alone who are just 6/10 or even 5/10 looking, will admit that an 8/10 looking dude could have fucked the same women with 5% or less of the effort they have to put in
It makes me happy to see skincare getting embraced more by men! If you really want to go the extra mile, try a skincare routine for every day and night. You can have as many steps as you like, but the most important steps are: 1. Cleanse (day+night) 2. Moisturize (day+night) 3. Sunscreen (day) One of the most loved cleansers for every skintype is the Cerave Hydrating Cleanser. Their moisturizers are also quite nice. I personally love the La Roche Posay Anthelios spf 50 sunscreen, because it absorbs quickly and leaves no white cast. I hope this can be of help!
I use La-Roche Posay Effaclar and Effaclar Mat. They have almost completely wiped out my acne (i sometimes still get a small pimple) and my skin isn't oily anymore. They are great products
tbh its nice to see you actually showing some solutions instead of just dooming like you used to. the ideal blackpill channel is stating the brutal facts but including multiple, in-depth solutions
But there are no solutions for men lower than a 3. Dont say money because that's 100s of thousands of dollars and that is just not feasible for 95 percent especially if your ugly. And I have a head deformity and no surgery can really fix that
Gum and mouthwash? The scent masking effect of those wear off minutes after the flavour leaves your mouth. Brushing twice a day, flossing at night and visiting a dentist annually will ensure naturally have clean breath without having to worry about all these consumables. You will have better dental health too.
Check for tonsil stones too. You could have perfect oral hygiene but one little pesky stinky white lump in the back of your throat could ruin your first impression. Also use a tongue scraper, I cannot stress that enough.
this is soft looksmaxxing. go into medium looksmaxxing like using a grip strengthener and going to the dentist to whiten your teeth. then go into hard looksmaxxing like orthodontic and surgical work.
You guys have to really consider if all of this work is actually worth it just to get with an entitled girl that will probably cheat on you anyways. I would recommend do things that are good for you regardless if it will make you get more girls or not, for instance, lowering bf% and improving your overall hygiene. You should live for yourself and for your own standards instead of spending tons of money, time and energy just to get laid. By the way, if you're anyways willing to spend a lot of money for that purpose, it's way easier and cheaper to hire a professional ;)
I mean I have to disagree. My three long-term girlfriends who are from China and Taiwan I've had for 8 years plus have never cheated on me, even though they are free to. I'm in a bit of a unique situation though. I can't prove that they haven't cheated on me but the five figures they spend on me and how they're still in love give me a very good idea that they didn't.
The part in which you showed your products felt so wholesome. I thought looksmaxxing was some bs, but you're actually teaching men how to take care of themselves, good job.
Something else to mention about bad breath. Most of the bad breath comes from your tongue so you need to brush(or use tongue scraper) your tongue regularly. I didn't know I had bad breath until my first gf. I asked my family that I lived with all my life and they said that they never noticed it. So my point is you can have it even though you brush your teeth twice per day.
also very very very important to get rid of tartar from your teeths, that's the main cause in over 90% mens for bad breath, or too much junk food eating with bad oils
fully agree I keep sugar free mints with me and fresh breath spray in my car as you never know who you may get the opportunity to meet and do want to look you best and make no one feel uncomfortable or embarrassed in close company, bad breath is a BIG turn off!
Your family wouldn't notice these things because a) they get used to your smells and b) they probably share the same bacteria which caused the bad breath themselves and therefore have it themselves which means they wouldn't notice it. Sometimes only outsiders can notice these things
For bad breath, use a tongue scraper. Almost all bad breath particles are coming from the tongue, and the tongue scraper works a lot better as a mid-length solution rather than drinking a gallon of listerine
@@andikrause399 I don't disagree with that but I'm just saying it's often that people have food residue stuck between their teeth and after some time it starts to smell if you don't get it out. Quite a lot of people don't even floss.
@@balakfnd1931 Most of the volatile sulfur compounds are at the back of tongue, one ought not try to solve bad breath through masking it alone. The biofilm needs to be physically removed, chemicals cannot replace brushing, flossing/inter dental cleaning and scraping. s
When I was young I was just thinking: clothes, cologne, posture and all those things don't matter. As long as you have a great body and you're clean it's ok. Well, not really. Every little improvement MAKES the difference.
Clothing does matter. Women judge men on the basis of character and how a man presents himself is an important signal of character. Wear a suit and carry it with purpose and you will find that women will respond differently. It tends to exude power and confidence. Wearing nice shirt, jacket and trousers can to do the same thing and with adjustment you can make it more casual.
fingernails are a huge deal to women. Make sure you don't have any dirt under them. no girl wants your dirty fingernails inside of them ;-).. also do not bite your nails. use fingernail clippers. this is a huge deal guys
The "muscle fit" clothes section was really enlightening. I feel like I have decentish arms, but they aren't accentuated well because my shirt sizes need to be large enough to accommodate a bit of a gut, so the sleeves are all baggy. Leanmaxing seems incredibly important to looksmaxing overall.
Start eating more fruits and vegetables in your diet and get a gym membership. Hire a personal trainer if you have never worked out before. Then you can wear those shirts. Trust me, it's literally a night and day difference in appearance from being able to wear those shirts.
@@cautarepvp2079 It depends. They do make clothes that are designer for muscle fit. But, you don't need it. Mostly, it's just buying clothes that aren't too big. You want a t-shirt that fits kinda snug yet not too snug. If it's too snug then you look like a weirdo. In short, clothes that are too big make you look smaller and like a slob. Clothes that accentuate your lean body actually make you look bigger which makes you look better. I buy cheap clothes that look good and throw them away when they start to look ratty. Is that more expensive than just buying good clothes? Probably. But I also rotate my wardrobe a lot. You get to try out different styles without spending a ton of money.
Well yes, less fat - more visible jaw line and cheekbones and more difine chin and over all body. But for the gut - a lot of times just cuting sugary drinks and desserts and beer will almost drasticly reduce your waist line. Sugar and beer makes you middle body to expand and give you manboobs. Notto mention how bad it is for your liver and male sex hormones.
get rid of the gut then! that's what i'm doing right now because i have the same issue as you when i wear tight fitting clothes. Arms look fine, shoulders not so bad, but my gut sticks out
The comment about expensive clothes and looking good is fantastic advice. Now, I'm married and middle aged so take this advice with a grain of salt. To a certain extent, YOU make the clothes look good. I buy the same tight fit clothes at Walmart and people compliment my choices. Fewer t-shirts with logos and more things that look like something a video game character would wear. Nice jacket, nice sweater, long sleeve shirt that has buttons, etc.
@@amarahmad8370 yeah I got more compliments for having a beard. I decided to have a shorter beard because it easier to maintain. Plus women tend not like men with really long beards.
@@xSalamz Does it work for men who literally can't grow any bit of facial hair? I'm 22 and I simply cannot grow and facial hair, just tiny little peach fuzz.
Guys, I suggest if you're gonna buy chewing gum, go for the Sugar-Free ones because sugar makes mouth bacteria multiply, and it's also important to hydrate your mouth because the dryer it gets the stinkier it gets.
I use to think like that but I said I might as well try. Plus looksmaxxing could help in other areas in your life such as your career, health, finances and even friendships with other men.
@@xSalamz I somewhat agree but it really starting to feel like most men only become friends with other men just to get in proximity with other females happens all the time either way it goes he smashes or gets rejected they usually stop communicating with me maybe need to work on my socials skills but I see this happen alot
@@xSalamz I wholeheartedly agree and was about to type the same stuff. For exemple, if you're going from a 2 to a 4 and manage to cross that normie threshold, you become "socially acceptable" in the looks department, and altought it might not give you access to women, you will at least not get rejected by society altogether. Don't forget about the halo effect, the better you look the better you are treated by others, so looks-maxxing can help in much more aspects of your life than just SMV.
@@scirazzbrehh I disagree that men become friends just to get closer to women. I also need to improve my social skills. For example I can't look people in the eyes unless I know them for a while.
I been looksmaxxing for half a year now and trust.. It truly does make a difference. As he said in the video, if you just make one small change it will likely not be super noticable but don’t let this discourage you. Consistent small steps = good progress. One of the biggest changes I made personally was my jaw. I had an underbite and it was quite noticable but after becoming conciously aware of it I literally just readjusted my jaw to a new position and after just 10 minutes that became the default and comfortable position. (I did this while high that may have played an effect on it idk) Also doing tongue exercises will help with this as well. Head up kings👑
One thing I would recommed about hair though is this: if you have full hair DO NOT cut it short, don't even have that fade haircut everybody seems to have nowadays UNLESS other cuts really don't benefit you at all. If you have hair show it, don't keep it short, women like to go through it. I mean have a regular middle long haircut, let it grow to a certain point and groom it. I wash my hair every day but I will never cut my hair short again since I look much better with visible messy or even combed hair. Volume is very important. With that being said, if you have a bulky face don't grow a full beard cause it makes your face look even fatter. Lean out first and rather go for 5 a clock shadow stubble or a seperated goatee a la Mario diVaio. Btw, I even use mouth wash and toothpaste in my office since I have my own sink. I truly recommend it.
10:02 The jeans are a bit into the skinny jeans territory which can be good for a certain demographic but also can have a slightly polarizing effect overall, i'd say just a slightly more relaxed look has more mass appeal(look up Ryan Gosling street wear as an example). The jeans length is good. I would nitpick the shirts as being too long which make you look shorter because of the amount of extra material you have scrunched up at your ass. Most of the time these are cut to fit 6'1"-6'3" models(thats who they exclusively use to model the cloths). If you are under 6ft you typically need to shop for shirts that are cut shorter(26"-28") which is much harder to find but one of the biggest height hack out there because it will give the illusion of looking taller.
100% agreed. skinny jeans are a feminizing look so you will appeal to a certain sector of women but its not going to be the most effective look for all women even if you can 'pull them off'. WW own video here states at 2:40 that looksmax is NOT about gaining points but its about NOT losing points. there is no question skinny jeans can get you docked on points because women are a bit divided on skinny jeans even if you are thin enough for them. you will never hear women being divided on fitted slim cut jeans. most guys overdo tight form fitting clothing. a general rule of thumb is if you think something might be tight or too much...then it is too too much and looks try hard. this goes with tight clothing or wearing too much cologne. less is usually the smartest option.
@@fearless6947 Only women should wear slim fit. Look at the trajectory of the trend. Its towards ever more effeminate clothing for men. We must embrace traditional masculine clothing that is timeless and stylish.
Great vid. An interesting bit of looksmaxing is losing weight: the effect it has on your looks can be so tremendous, it can give you a 1, 2 or even 3 point increase in your rating all by itself (look at Josh Peck, who went from sub-4 to 7+).
Truth. FA Monday used to have a video on on this. Losing weight can be a HUGE change. I experienced it myself years ago. I also got rid of my monobrow when I was 14 on the advice ofmy first gf.
I can confirm. At age 25-26 when I graduated medical school I had a 15% body fat. Eleven years later I maintain a year round 10% body fat / visible six pack, and my face is chiseled and way more attractive. It's hard for me to shave with a safety razor because of this. When I look at photos of me now compared to 10 years ago I am way more attractive, and the results speak for themselves. The problem I'm running into now is if girls find out that I'm a doctor and live in a nice place it's harder to get sex on the first date but I make it work. Second or third date max. Before I can say I'm a poor medical student or resident and live a frugal lifestyle so didn't have to even take them out for ice cream.
The transformation of Josh Peck is just brutal. It is true that losing weight make a great difference between a beta and an alpha (in the majority of cases)
I knew a guy who had the worst diet habits and therefore had horrible breath. He was super skinny and owned like 2 jeans and 3 shirts. He actually REFUSED to change anything but wanted a girlfriend so badly.
Isn't the black pill about accepting women will never truly love for your looks unless you are at least an 8/10 though?? Even legit 4/10 looking men can be mildy attarctive to the point women will have sex with them if the guy has a good career and the right personality without putting any work in on their bodies... When someone says it's ''over'' even though they may really mean that there is 0 chance most men can have sex with women these days without paying for it blah blah blah... That obviously is bullshit and mostly only believed by virgins, The takeaway is that if you don't at least look like an 8/10, women are never going to truly love you for how you look. It's always going to be about the money or whatever you're providing for them
Videos like these make me realize how other people have it worse than me. I sometimes wonder if I take too long picking out a t-shirt, or how I will look in it. You guys are worrying about more stuff than I ever concerned myself about. I hope you guys aren't stressing yourselves out too much.
Nice video. I would point out tho, that priorization is key. Not all things in the list have the same impact. Nutrition is much important to fix than starting to take suplements. Losing fat and build muscle are mandatory before improving fashion. And I think to have a proper sun tanning is missing and it is something that can improve looks a lot if you are not extremely white/black. I would go for the biggest impact first, and if you are not in a good financial situation, that are free or even makes you save money (if you lose fat, you eat less, and save money, for example) Secondly, for things that highlight your strengths (haircut if nice hair, beard if you can grow it, fashion if good frame) And finally the rest. Wouldnt focus on weaknesses before strenghts unless they are handicapping you too much.
29 years old here and been on a 3 year "glow up" journey and such an crazy transformation people don't recognize me at all. I'm tall (189 cm / 6.2) and I knew I have good face structure from my teenage years but I was pretty overweight and barely did anything but sit at my PC for most of my 20s. My weight was around 120 kg for over 5 years until I was 27 I met an online gaming friend who's transformation inspired me to pursue a better and stronger life. His discipline shocked me to the very core. I decided to actually hit the gym EVERY DAY, start swimming, walk more and learn as much as I can about a healthy diet. I lost 30 kg the first year and I'm now at 87 kg, 13% bodyfat and I'm one of the more shredded guys in my gym these days. I did not believe I could achieve this. I also grew out my beard (to my suprise I had extremely good beard genes). I go to a barber to get professional grooming every 2 weeks and fix my hair every 4 weeks. However, I've been on Finasteride since 2016 and it did stop my hair loss. I don't think I gained anything back but it stopped it where it was. I would 90% been bald now if not for jumping on the Finasteride back 5 years ago. But the journey that brought me from probably a 5 (because of being overweight, long thin hair, no beard) to a strong 8 or weak 9 has MAINLY been going hard with the gym and embracing my beard. If you want to know how I look now my instagram shouldn't be hard to find via my channel. Embracing an active lifestyle has changed my life so much. I don't drink, smoke or use anything like that. Hygiene and teeth has always been a priority for me even when I was quite fat. I only eat twice a day, with water and some snacks in between if I really need. Breakfast consists of a big plate of oatmeal with 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein. Then I eat a big meal after work-out. So this means I fast quite a bit but thats when I have the most energy anyway. This works for me and it took me almost 3 years to learn how my body really functions. Might not work for you since we're all different. I went on a LARP last week, yes I'm a big nerd and people were saying they saw the gigachad meme when they saw my face+beard from the side. Made me realize how crazy this journey has been. CHANGE is possible! It just takes time and discipline. A lot comes down to genetics but definitively do as much as you can! :)
All true, man. I was fat for years after high-school. I’m just now starting to lose the weight. It’s been 6 years. Women are actually starting to come around a lot more again. Also, it’s not just for freaking women. You will literally get more and more opportunities and favor if you look better. This is a F’ing fact. There are pretty much no reasons why a healthy man should not have a good body. Seriously, people treat you better when you have some muscles on you. @wheatwaffle you’re a skinny dude! Haha Suggestion: do some incline dumbbell presses. Really squeeze the pecks at the top. 👌 Also, I’ve seen this on other men, where there’s kinda a ponch right below the pecks. I can’t help but feel like that would balance out if you did some hardcore lower ab workouts. Who knows though. Maybe if the chest pops more, that will go away. You have a lot of body potential for gains, man.

clothing is a massive game changer. Someone who looks like they take care of themselves and their appearance will convey to others that they are into trying to be their best self (which is a positive perception to have in a social media age where everyone is trying to compare themselves to each other). Nice fitting clothes always look better than baggy/frumpy/loose fitting ones. Wear what is comfortable but what also highlights your best physical features. Once I improved my wardrobe, I started getting compliments on my attire which in turn helped my confidence. It also helped show my gym gains and made me feel better about myself and improved mental health. Good luck to everyone on the journey, stay focused brothers!
I'm gonna second the comment that says you shouldn't *rely* on gum or mouth wash. After you've consumed *anything* other than water, fruit or a sugar free mint, you should do something that actually eradicates the source of bad breath rather than trying to mask it. With food products, this comes down to brushing your teeth, flossing/tooth picking and *brushing your tongue!!!*. Only after a coffee or perhaps other drink, chewing gum will actually help.
I'm a 5'7" guy. Got decent looks, but the height is a killer. I work out regularly and am in pretty good shape, buff build, thankfully have a decent, non receding hairline. Problem is you get immediately disregarded before a word can even come out of your mouth most times, I chalk it up to height. Social scenes like bars/clubs are brutal, most ladies appear to be my height or taller in these settings, but they are all drawn to the tall guys regardless of looks. I just try my best to play to my strengths, stay well groomed, good hygiene, dress well. I know I'll never reach Chad level (I'm fine with that, most don't) but I can probably settle in as a 6 or even a 7 with putting in max effort. I guess the lesson here is to learn to be happy with what God gave you, but put in maximum effort on what you were given.
Limb lengthening surgery is available in foreign countries at cheaper at You can get in india at 1k to 2I dollar and gain 3 to 4 inches and then wear lift shoes to gain 5 inches.
You can't be a 6 unless you're at least 5' 11" tall and you won't be a 7 until you're at least 6' 0". By your own admission, the women gravitate straight towards the taller men in social environments, illustrating that your scoring criteria is flawed. Certain traits hold more weighting than others, but I'd say these are the most important in this order from an initial attention grabbing, attraction point of view: - 1. Height 2. Face 3. Physique 4. Dress Now it is interchangeable. For example a 6 '3" guy with a 6/10 face and a 6/10 build can get outdone by a 6' 1" dude with an 8/10 face and an 8/10 build and better dress sense. It's on a sliding scale, women aren't fussed about the extra couple of inches, they're looking at the package as a whole. Once you're tall you're tall, there's a point of diminishing returns there, they're like "okay established he's tall, what else?". But height can be a killer as you say, but only if you don't really have it, it's less of an issue for people 5' 11" and above. I basically count it as your fundamental entry level to genuine attraction from women on this scale:- 5/10 = 5' 10" 6/10 = 5 '11" 7/10 = 6' 0" 8/10 = 6' 1" 9/10 = 6 '2" 10/10 = 6' 3" and above* *The scale can actually start tipping backwards if the guy does not have the build to support his height, especially in the legs. This tends to happen when men get over 6' 0", it's very hard to have a good build at this height unless you're naturally born with the skeletal mass and build potential (like Rugby players for example). So basically, the max you're ever going to be seen as is average if you're a 5' 10" dude, unless you're literally a 9 or 10 in every other category, which is very unlikely. If you're less than that, then it's likely you're going to be invisible to the vast majority of women. You'll see I didn't put any criteria below a 5/10 there, but 5' 7" isn't likely to sit in a nice place, unfortunately. I do happen to think that's the perfect height for a woman though, just not a man. Basically, the born with genetic top 4 traits I mention, have enough weighting to give you the best chance if you score at least 6 consistently and get the odd 7 or 8 on the others. I haven't noted all the criteria there, just the main ones. But hey, just because that's how it likely works in a majority of social environment with big competition, it doesn't mean you still wont find someone who will like you for exactly you and not want to change a thing, warts 'n' all. I do honestly believe nature has to throw up at least one suitor for everyone born, everyone will get at least one out of the billions on Earth. Some will just mop up multiple times more, that's all.
A nice necklace and a simple ring was such a small detail but made a huge difference in my image and girls love the extra style. Makes a good talking point but also helped spice up an outfit that I never knew I was missing
Hey Wheat. Great video. It’s weird that I already use 95% of the products and stuff you suggested. I’d suggest you ensure that your Air Force ones are always white and clean. This makes you look more put together. Maybe look at getting plain white leather sneakers. Something like Common Projects but obviously a cheaper option. I also think you can do even better for the fashion maxxing but that’s for another day.
This why white anything is bad in my opinion. White clothes make it easier to spot dirt or stains even if they are small. This is why I prefer darker colored clothes and black to compliment them.
This is a very good video. For most guys who can't get girls it's not because they are naturally ugly but because they haven't made the most of what they have.
The bad breath thing is easy, clean your mouth don’t just chew gum. Like you’d be surprised how much food gets into folds in the back of your throat and between teeth and gums. It stays there and starts to rot within a couple hours. And brush the dead skin cells off your tongue. You will not need gum if you do all this.
I used to believe some of the things you seem to believe currently about dating (in my teens & early 20s) & most of it is NOT useful for long term relationships, nor is it useful for more mature adults.
Those are little things. Have you done a video about larger things that take longer or are more expensive? Everyone needs these two things: slender body and symmetry in face. These are where it all starts. My suggestions: -straighten teeth -whiten teeth -remove unsightly moles or facial skin blemishes -reduce body fat percentage -lip plumper chapstick -remove saggy skin in eyes (surgery) -get nose fixed (surgery) -high cheekbones (surgery) -facial restoration for wrinkles or other oddities (creams or surgery) -hair restoration -new cut and style of hair -learn social skills -become more extroverted -learn body language -new clothes, AFTER you lose weight -move to new city (start over; new life) -shave bad facial hair, or grow facial hair, whichever is needed -show outward signs of confidence -smile more, even if it feels unnatural -body sculpt by lifting weights, don't seek to get "huge" -consider hair coloring -eyebrow waxing

tbh, lots of these things are overdoing and under doing it. you want nice accessories, that clock isn't much to come to town with, those shoes is really just average sneakers, clothes is plain too a degree i wouldn't catch myself dead in them. sneakers is kind of childlike, grow up and have casual footwear that goes with your clothes and finer shoes with your fine clothes, sneakers are for sport and training. all you want is to trim and keep hair look nice, EVERYWHERE, if you got back hair it's maybe time to start waxing, frontal body hair is doable but not everyone goes for that but it should be trimmed, as i said everywhere. you want to smell nice but it also has to be appropriate to you. you want some kind of fashion you're going for that makes you not look super dull. but skin care is optional it depends on your skin. ultimately you want to cultivate a look that is positive and makes you look better than what you are because clothes tells you a lot about a person and how much effort they put into themselves and takes care of themselves. now you don't want to overdo it either because it will make you look narcisistic or overly done, but you also want to look like you have a personality, that you are a type or else you will be invisible. now i'm guilty of this, dressing down to be more invisible, why? well it's because it's more comfortable and you think you have less people watching you so you don't stress out over it. but people are allways watching and judging you for everything you showcase to the world so that's just a comfortable lie you're telling yourself to "dress comfortable". it's fine if you don't have any fashion sense or any knowledge on how to clean yourself up, there's plenty of people who will do that for free for you. in stores looking for clothes you can either ask someone who works there to help you or just get whatever the mannekin is wearing, that's a look that they've made especially to showcase a good look. you can give your hairdressers free reign and they will usually try to give you a cut that compliments your facial structure and your hair type.and when that is said and done, it's time to accessorize, this might be more costly but it's going to be well worth it, it's gonna be key features to you and you can talk with those in the shop about what suits you or what could look good etc, but accessories is a bit of trial and error. as for the rest regarding diet and excercise and hygiene, some form of excercise is good and you get to choose what that's gonna be, and diet, well it is what it is, you should allways try to be a bit healthy, and hygiene, do as much hygiene stuff you can tolerate doing. the clothes part is really easy comparitively. the rest is regimental change of lifestyle as a whole which can be a hard to get to stick to it, but doing it incrimentally a little bit healthier over time will get you there eventually. baby steps into a healthier lifestyle is how you change fundamentally to the better. i guess you can babystep yourself into a better looking wardrobe aswell because confidence to wear clothes you're not used to is a thing, as for styles, it can kinda depend on what kind of girl you want to attract, but seriously some girls do go for guys that are completely different to them style wise. however word of caution, i'm not completely blackpilled, i believe in more the idea of romanticism. what i think women go for more is an illusion of something, this is the reason why i don't believe in what women say and look at their actions because their logical brain says one thing and their fantasies and tastes are different to what their logic is telling them. the reason for this is romanticism, there's nothing redpilled about pirates and vampires and other mischevious rogues, but there is a fantasy, and black pill don't really touch on this at all because facial structure and physique is all that matters to black pill. now when i say romanticism, it's not just romantic love, romanticism means a lot of different things. you've probably heard about this "push and pull" techniques or "negging" etc, well that's a part of romanticism but kinda in a crude manner, you're piquing their interest by appealing to their emotional side, but yeah, what it really means is to "be an experience" especially an "experience" they want to have. now i could go on and on about my belief in how i think women work, but i won't bother you guys with that.
After weight loss/keeping bf low, looksmaxing is mostly useless unless you have terrible hygiene or hair/facial hair ; or have devised a tool to cure your balding. You can’t change your bones or height unless you have surgery.

The chewing gum and mouthwash is a game changer. I a am a former stripper and the amount of coworkers with dragon breath was astounding. This is especially true if you smoke, whether it’s Mary Jane or tobacco. You need to be more mindful of hygiene if you’re a smoker, but these tips are great for everyone including non smokers as well. I’ve dated smokers and they don’t realize how much their face and hands stank and why they should wash their hands frequently and use mouthwash/gum frequently. It should be common sense but most people won’t do it.

I hate when people slam "looksmaxxing" as stupid or useless. Those people just don't get it. They are either blue or red pilled, still stuck in the Matrix. If you truly don't care about your appearance, so be it. But looksmaxxing is a MUST if you want to be your best self in life. Seriously. It's the bare minimum of personal caretaking. You HAVE TO do it; it is hugely important.
Another thing you need to do to counter bad breath is using floss after every main meal. These tips help for average guys but if you are clearly subhuman due to height, baldness, or bad frame, none of this is going to matter. You really need to be a 5/10 naturally in order for this to work.

Interesting as always. You should write a mathematical function that takes as input various immutable variables (height, face etc) as well as mutable ones (list in this vid). It should then output the predicted maximum gains in terms of looks points. Also, the output should be a probability distribution rather than a hard number. E.g. one could end up being anywhere from a 4 to a 6 on a bell curve between these values. In my estimation the gains would be non-linear in the sense that the better one's natural looks, the better the gains. Or rather than speaking of gains, one could say that one came closer to reaching one's maximum potential (not losing points as you explain in this vid, which I agree is a more accurate description). Chad has more natural potential than a truecel. The stereotypical '5ft balding Indian janitor' cannot hope to gain much, while the chadlite could potentially ascend to chad levels because of the non-linear gains from looksmaxxing, even though ascending gets progressively harder the higher up the charts you are, this is fully offset by natural potential. Finally, personality shouldn't be part of the equation. Personality only really matters once you've already met the looks threshold, except for some rare outlier examples. Any reasonable model shouldn't incorporate such unicorns.
From my experience, personality (this includes "game", to be clear) tends to matter a lot more in "warm approach" environments, unless you're *REALLY* bad looking (and in most cases this is due for the guy being overweight and/or having a outrageously shitty style and hygiene)
There are normies who legitimately believe looks don’t matter at all, that they are totally subjective, and that a 2/10 can theoretically get a 9+ Stacy all due to their personality. I seriously wish I was making this up.
My ez way to looks maxx is just growing a proper beard. Buzzcut is good enough, and your body should be a gym body. But at the end of the day,be the best version of yourself and don‘t give a damn about shallow people‘s opinions

There's plenty of great style experts for above 25. Get rid of the sneakers and wear some casual leather boots with jeans, wear white canvas sneakers in summer, polos over tshirts and don't try and dress in athletic wear.
Some people simply won’t put in any effort. They don’t want to change anything that makes them less attractive. You gotta find your best look. It doesn’t mean your a different person
One other important thing about bad breath, you need to FLOSS every day! So many people overlook this but when I floss I can actually taste bad breath on my tongue that comes out from between my teeth. Using mouthwash when you have not flossed isn't enough and bad breath can still get through. Also don't just brush your teeth but brush your tongue, roof of mouth and bottom of mouth as well.

So of course here come the ladies who said if I got a haircut they'd be interested. I'm not going to date someone that petty, it's hair. It's not like my hair was messy or unkempt either. Lol Some girls would admit my hair was in better conditions than theirs. Does that make me feminine to them? I don't really care. I just don't see why I have to change everything about me to attract some people who sometimes won't even bother putting on real clothes instead of going out in pajamas. I was a CO for 3 years. I'm out now and you're damn right I'm growing my hair out again. I do what I want. But I will admit, if you want to make changes to improve yourself? Just make sure you're doing it for yourself.

My own tips:
1) Get a haircut which suits your skull.
I'll give an example:
I'm dark blonde with dark eyebrows and light coloured eyes. A tan on me works really well due to this.
I am also considering doing a looksmaxxing channel in case people have any questions.
@Abdul R only if you're legit deformed/ugly. You need surgery in that case.

If this experiment is to be conducted, due to the tinder algorithm, the 5 profiles should just register (in the same day-hour) and do nothing for 1 week or month, just wait to see how many girls will swipe right on them. The number will be visible, but you will not know what girls have chosen you.

I want to thank you wheat.

You can have as many steps as you like, but the most important steps are:
1. Cleanse (day+night)
2. Moisturize (day+night)
3. Sunscreen (day)
One of the most loved cleansers for every skintype is the Cerave Hydrating Cleanser. Their moisturizers are also quite nice.
I personally love the La Roche Posay Anthelios spf 50 sunscreen, because it absorbs quickly and leaves no white cast.

I would recommend do things that are good for you regardless if it will make you get more girls or not, for instance, lowering bf% and improving your overall hygiene. By the way, if you're anyways willing to spend a lot of money for that purpose, it's way easier and cheaper to hire a professional ;)

Lifting and skincare can singlehandedly bring a guy up two or more points on the scale. Lot of dudes underestimate their potential.
Flossing is one of the most important hygiene behaviors.
fully agree I keep sugar free mints with me and fresh breath spray in my car as you never know who you may get the opportunity to meet and do want to look you best and make no one feel uncomfortable or embarrassed in close company, bad breath is a BIG turn off!
Your family wouldn't notice these things because a) they get used to your smells and b) they probably share the same bacteria which caused the bad breath themselves and therefore have it themselves which means they wouldn't notice it. Sometimes only outsiders can notice these things
@@fromtheashes2555 i noticed that sometimes a whole family smell the same, like it's unique and you can't find it in other people or families.
Ive Always said that take Care of yourself , not to become more attractive but to stay attractive
For bad breath, use a tongue scraper. Almost all bad breath particles are coming from the tongue, and the tongue scraper works a lot better as a mid-length solution rather than drinking a gallon of listerine
If you look good, you'll feel good and if you feel good you'll be more confident and less depressed or anxious.
One improvement feeds into another
Bad breath comes from food residue between your teeth. It's flossing that solves that issue, not mouth wash and chewing gum.
nah you need mouth wash for your gums too, otherwise they get infected which can also cause bad breath
Exactly, use a tongue scraper too to get the food residue and mucus off your tongue.
The biofilm needs to be physically removed, chemicals cannot replace brushing, flossing/inter dental cleaning and scraping. s
bad breath can also be caused from tonsil stones
I like these kinds of videos. You gave pretty great sounding solutions. Usually this community tells you to rope, but this is nice, it's upgrading.
@@TheTenCentStory is there a difference between muscle fit clothes and other normal clothes???
True when buying cheaper clothes just buy the clean stuff with no logos and as long as it fits well it looks expensive

I literally miss every single points in the list except personal hygiene

Also, it’s not just for freaking women. You will literally get more and more opportunities and favor if you look better. This is a F’ing fact.
There are pretty much no reasons why a healthy man should not have a good body.
Seriously, people treat you better when you have some muscles on you.
@wheatwaffle you’re a skinny dude! Haha
Suggestion: do some incline dumbbell presses. Really squeeze the pecks at the top. 👌 Also, I’ve seen this on other men, where there’s kinda a ponch right below the pecks. clothing is a massive game changer.
What's your cloth aesthetic . Soft boy, business casual, grungy?
I'm gonna second the comment that says you shouldn't *rely* on gum or mouth wash. After you've consumed *anything* other than water, fruit or a sugar free mint, you should do something that actually eradicates the source of bad breath rather than trying to mask it. With food products, this comes down to brushing your teeth, flossing/tooth picking and *brushing your tongue!!!*. Only after a coffee or perhaps other drink, chewing gum will actually help.
Flossing helps to reduce the plaque between teeth and really helps to combat bad breath.
Do your shoe lifts??
Or get rich and pay to get taller
Limb lengthening surgery is available in foreign countries at cheaper at
You can get in india at 1k to 2I dollar and gain 3 to 4 inches and then wear lift shoes to gain 5 inches.
Go to South East Asia you'll be tall
You can't be a 6 unless you're at least 5' 11" tall and you won't be a 7 until you're at least 6' 0".
By your own admission, the women gravitate straight towards the taller men in social environments, illustrating that your scoring criteria is flawed.
Certain traits hold more weighting than others, but I'd say these are the most important in this order from an initial attention grabbing, attraction point of view: -
1. Height
2. Face
3. Physique
4. Dress
Now it is interchangeable.
I basically count it as your fundamental entry level to genuine attraction from women on this scale:-
5/10 = 5' 10"
6/10 = 5 '11"
7/10 = 6' 0"
8/10 = 6' 1"
9/10 = 6 '2"
10/10 = 6' 3" and above*
*The scale can actually start tipping backwards if the guy does not have the build to support his height, especially in the legs.
Some will just mop up multiple times more, that's all.
thank you brother! I have written it as list!. You are godsend!.

Black forces > white forces 😈
This is a very good video. For most guys who can't get girls it's not because they are naturally ugly but because they haven't made the most of what they have.
The bad breath thing is easy, clean your mouth don’t just chew gum. Like you’d be surprised how much food gets into folds in the back of your throat and between teeth and gums. It stays there and starts to rot within a couple hours. And brush the dead skin cells off your tongue. You will not need gum if you do all this.
gum makes it smell fresh especially if u plan on kissing a girl.
All true, but there are other causes of bad breath that are nearly impossible to get rid of.

-straighten teeth
-whiten teeth
-remove unsightly moles or facial skin blemishes
-reduce body fat percentage
-lip plumper chapstick
-remove saggy skin in eyes (surgery)
-get nose fixed (surgery)
-high cheekbones (surgery)
-facial restoration for wrinkles or other oddities (creams or surgery)
-hair restoration
-new cut and style of hair
-learn social skills
-become more extroverted
-learn body language
-new clothes, AFTER you lose weight
-move to new city (start over; new life)
-shave bad facial hair, or grow facial hair, whichever is needed
-show outward signs of confidence
-smile more, even if it feels unnatural
-body sculpt by lifting weights, don't seek to get "huge"
-consider hair coloring
-eyebrow waxing

tbh, lots of these things are overdoing and under doing it.
you want nice accessories, that clock isn't much to come to town with, those shoes is really just average sneakers, clothes is plain too a degree i wouldn't catch myself dead in them.
sneakers is kind of childlike, grow up and have casual footwear that goes with your clothes and finer shoes with your fine clothes, sneakers are for sport and training.
all you want is to trim and keep hair look nice, EVERYWHERE, if you got back hair it's maybe time to start waxing, frontal body hair is doable but not everyone goes for that but it should be trimmed, as i said everywhere.
you want to smell nice but it also has to be appropriate to you.
you want some kind of fashion you're going for that makes you not look super dull.
but skin care is optional it depends on your skin.
ultimately you want to cultivate a look that is positive and makes you look better than what you are because clothes tells you a lot about a person and how much effort they put into themselves and takes care of themselves. now you don't want to overdo it either because it will make you look narcisistic or overly done, but you also want to look like you have a personality, that you are a type or else you will be invisible.
now i'm guilty of this, dressing down to be more invisible, why? well it's because it's more comfortable and you think you have less people watching you so you don't stress out over it.
but people are allways watching and judging you for everything you showcase to the world so that's just a comfortable lie you're telling yourself to "dress comfortable".
it's fine if you don't have any fashion sense or any knowledge on how to clean yourself up, there's plenty of people who will do that for free for you.
in stores looking for clothes you can either ask someone who works there to help you or just get whatever the mannekin is wearing, that's a look that they've made especially to showcase a good look. you can give your hairdressers free reign and they will usually try to give you a cut that compliments your facial structure and your hair type.and when that is said and done, it's time to accessorize, this might be more costly but it's going to be well worth it, it's gonna be key features to you and you can talk with those in the shop about what suits you or what could look good etc, but accessories is a bit of trial and error.
as for the rest regarding diet and excercise and hygiene, some form of excercise is good and you get to choose what that's gonna be, and diet, well it is what it is, you should allways try to be a bit healthy, and hygiene, do as much hygiene stuff you can tolerate doing.
the clothes part is really easy comparitively. the rest is regimental change of lifestyle as a whole which can be a hard to get to stick to it, but doing it incrimentally a little bit healthier over time will get you there eventually.
baby steps into a healthier lifestyle is how you change fundamentally to the better.
i guess you can babystep yourself into a better looking wardrobe aswell because confidence to wear clothes you're not used to is a thing,
as for styles, it can kinda depend on what kind of girl you want to attract, but seriously some girls do go for guys that are completely different to them style wise.
however word of caution, i'm not completely blackpilled, i believe in more the idea of romanticism.
what i think women go for more is an illusion of something, this is the reason why i don't believe in what women say and look at their actions because their logical brain says one thing and their fantasies and tastes are different to what their logic is telling them.
the reason for this is romanticism, there's nothing redpilled about pirates and vampires and other mischevious rogues, but there is a fantasy, and black pill don't really touch on this at all because facial structure and physique is all that matters to black pill.
now when i say romanticism, it's not just romantic love, romanticism means a lot of different things.
you've probably heard about this "push and pull" techniques or "negging" etc, well that's a part of romanticism but kinda in a crude manner, you're piquing their interest by appealing to their emotional side, but yeah, what it really means is to "be an experience" especially an "experience" they want to have.
now i could go on and on about my belief in how i think women work, but i won't bother you guys with that.
After weight loss/keeping bf low, looksmaxing is mostly useless unless you have terrible hygiene or hair/facial hair ; or have devised a tool to cure your balding. You can’t change your bones or height unless you have surgery.

Another thing you need to do to counter bad breath is using floss after every main meal.

I would rather be 4 with long hair than 8 with short hair. Many people actually tell me I look much better with long hair, more glorious and I love long hair more. I want women who like long hair on guys, if I cut I do not want women to like me when I change.
Bleu de Chanel will be a win for you when it comes to cologne. It's a little expensive but it's always been a hit with the women for me
