I will get in atleast 70g of protein,
I eat a healthy breakfast everyday,
I will eat in a caloric deficit of 500 calories,
I will measure only after the 6 week challenge is over,
I will only weight myself after the 6 week challenge is over.

I hear you and it must be tough due to the language barrier, but music licensing poses a real issue. If I only use the music on UA-cam it's $15/mo, but if I then opt to add that very same music to my website it's $5,000/mo. Because of this places like epidemic sounds are holding creators content for ransom unless they stay to social media. Sorry for the technicalities, but there's the issue with music.
