    Wow I've got to say that the food looks delicious and your editing is great. I used to enjoy the funny comments that people leave for your videos in the past but now I like your videos more, especially the part where the chef was interviewed and he/she shares the inspiration behind the dishes. Makes me appreciate the food more

      there are key factors of a 3 michelin star one example is the waiter factor, the person who overseer the rating looks for attention to detail. for an instance if they asked for a tissue they will look on how the restaurant presents it, some restaurant will put the tissue paper on a gold looking plate and with 3 variation of thickness of tissue, that is one attention to detail. if you eat on one 3 michelin restaurant it is like you are being served like an emperor

    Exquisite. I consider myself a student of italian cuisine. Their approach to food is based on simplicity and freshness. That is beyond that. You just reminded me that i still got a lot to learn. Tremendous thanks.

    Kudos to the Chef ' s philosophy: don't go crazy for a Michelin star or two. Enjoy your passion for creation, get as many kitchen stuff involved in the creative process and create unique culinary experiences. Don't get the "perfection hunt fever", just enjoy the ride. Thanks for the video.

    No way this is just one star. The attention to detail and combinations are very unexpected. Not that one stars are bad, but this is very elevated.

    I thought the video was well constructed ,the chef interview was excellent ,excellent photography ,all I ask is that more time would be spent on what compromised the dish or a more thorough description .Some of the dishes ,I missed the full explanation ,it went too fast

      I'm italian and I find this accent too thick, I can understand it but I don't like it. They do have it both in french and english. It takes some effort to lose one's accent but,I think it is necessary when you work in high end restaurants, hotels etc.

    I don't know, I'm sure it's fantastic, but it looks like Italian food cooked and presented in the French fashion. It's just seems weird.

    Si ma migliorate le lingue straniere sembrate i soliti italiani che improvvisano le lingue. Sia l inglese che il francese la pronuncia non si può sentire, e poi errori elementari. Dite poi al cameriere che quando non si è completamente padroni di una lingua si parla lentamente, si scandiscono le parole altrimenti non si capisce un cazzo. Come un cuoco se è un principiante farà le cose più lentamente altrimenti verrà fuori un pastrocchio.
