I was practicing Western world's theory of Yoga but I couldn't find my self in it .Thankfully Sri Swami Satchidananda came in my life through a video in from now on his holiness changed my mind and my perspective so I'm so knew to any knowledge that I m willing taking anything at all from real yoga philosophy. This is helpful very good but all such videos I only see experts showing would be good if it’s shown along with a beginner just to better understand and compare what issues can happen
Thank you for your comment. For kurmasana you need excellent hips, hamstrings and spine flexibility. For ardha baddha padma paschimottanasana you need to ability to do Padmasana perfectly and same time shoulders and arm flexibility. Keep working. Please subscribe the channel for future content.
Namaskaram! With all my respect I would like to add few more guidelines. About the practice around 8min: you're stiff and you going to push your knee down, you going to damage yourself the knee have to be locked it is not designed for side ways movement, what he does he does it correctly but the movement coming from the hips/glutes/. I nearly caused permanent damage by doing that so be cautious please. If you push push above the knee(thighs) not the knee joint. The practice by 11min is great but make sure that you flex your feet back so you lock the knee and your ankle pass your other leg. Thank you
Thank you for your experience and opinion. Your body is your Guru in asana practice so listen and respect to it whenever you practice, not only to Sadhaguru. I have achieved my Padmasana by these practices and so many my co-practitioners followed same too without having any ‘damage’. 🙏🙏

Keep practicing, you don’t have to do with timer, just go with your comfort and increase the time.
