I ve always thought that fitmemes are cringe af lmao, love your reactions cause its so accurate
thx for the legs motivation!
That leg information was great people not really talks about it but appreciate it
💯🙏😁
Hilarious video! 🤣
Thanks, I had a lot of fun making this one!
The one about the 2 calisthenics athletes shaking hands with each other was actually about the false grip I guess...
These memes are top tier 😂 Muscle ups are the most fun to unlock, no question lol Caught a red Gyarados with a poke ball once.. after 100 balls. Biggest ahciebement
Dudeee nice!!! That red gyarados was always freakin sick. The worst for me was rayquaza back in the day, it took me like 3 days to catch it
lol amazing 😂
These insta pages are true a cringe fest
🤣🤣 so true! A lot of people need to find hobbies outside of training
Agree with the last one bro!
Hips, legs, glutes need to be strong to make the form look good, also contracting them as hard as a block help upperbody works seems easier
💪💪
Hey, many calisthenics athletes with amazing skills aren't super big either...What do you attribute your superior muscular development to? BTW can you cover how you train the basics (I think I remember you mentioning that you did pushups with long pauses and stuff after your skill work...)?
Yeah, it really depends on the person, but there are quite a few people that I would say look pretty jacked. And before I got deep into the static game, I really just focused on training weighted calisthenics. So I would say that and genetics is how I got my physique. And yeah, I can cover the basics training for sure, thanks for the suggestion!
@@barkage Thanks! Do you think it's possible to build as much mass with unweighted calisthenics?
@@dannymeslier6658 No problem! And yea, I think so. I will just say that weighted calisthenics will be more efficient for that because it is easier to reach progressive overload.
😂😂😂😂
lol the best one was the front lever/mu one, the rest were pretty lame tbh
Hahah yeah, that one was great and I liked the glove one 🤣🤣. And yeah, the rest were bad with the worst probably being the text message one imo

It's not a misconception. Denial 100%. You are using your hamstrings and glutes to hold up your legs, but its not that hard. Its similar to a Arch rocker, really not challenging, Calisthenics athletes who have smaller legs will have an easier time doing statics. Its basic math, some athletes have good legs because they train legs, but if you want to make your statics as strong as possible, making your legs bigger will not help in anyway.
the subreddit is actually jokes (r/calisthenicsmemes) I feel like these guys are making fun of themselves, which is, as you said, funnier
Word, I’ll check that out for a future vid!
wrong about about the meme on 11:00, if you train only planche you get that kind of posture , trust me
That’s exactly what I said tho lol. I said you’ll get like that if you train only planche, which you shouldn’t be doing anyway
So funny 😂
🤣🤣 thanks!
