    I think what a lot of people don't know is that Onizuka does his cross in a protracted and retracted position. The retracted cross is incredibly difficult, but makes Front Lever to Cross and Victorian to cross more possible and less dangerous on the shoulder. I don't think he gets enough credit for his cross.

    You could make video on your opinion way now Cali comeptitions are not so interesting and with big hayp and fire like before. I think that competitions where best in year when laross battle with kamenov and Daniels. Now everything is same like do planche, Maltese or FL pull some dynamics and that is that. I would really like to see your opinion if you share it like I do.

      @@solomon1453 From my own anecdotal experience and looking at a lot of these types of videos. I have come to conclusion the absolute ideal is long arms, short torso, and short legs and very lean/small lower body. As well as as short as possible. The reason being is when you planche, maltease, victorian, front lever, or any other lever, its about getting your hands directly in line vertically with your center of mass. So if you have longer arms, it allows the angle of your arms to your torso to be a higher angle. An example is dailong, or daniel laizans. Laizans is 6' tall, but he has very long arms compared to his torso, and small legs. Dailong has a ridiculous ape index (the proportion of arms to torso). His arms are super long compared to torso, and hence he is one of the best maltease and planche athletes in the world.

    • @uncagedpine9589
      @uncagedpine9589 Рік тому

      @@solomon1453 The lower your ape index ( the length or arms compared to torso) the more you have to lean to balance planche, and the harder it will be. That can be compensated by being very lean short and strong.

    It would be interesting to see an analysis of Matteo Spinnazola, I think he could get a 10/10 in more than one categorie, and he is quite underrated. Scarxlus and Grzegorz Kowalik could be interesting toi.

      @@aadarsh_1303x He is the best at doing cringe weird things and his ig bio would give him a 11/10 (bonus cringe point) in style category.
      On a serious note, almost everything he does is bad form and with crazy false grip. The truth is, I don't think that what he is doing would transfer to strength comparable to the athletes displayed in this series.
