This cheese/lactose-intolerance segment reminded me of The Predator Pitch Meeting in which all the people who pioneered cinema rolled over in their graves at the same time.

I always thought of Deadpool as Ryan Reynolds and not the other way around. DP is RR with super powers. Kinda like eccentric and rich people could be just regular people with money, and boredom, but without monetary limitations, so they buy (and maintain) a giraffe. I really liked both Honest Trailer and Pitch Meeting and I wondered if I liked the pitch meeting more because I saw it last... gonna try it backwards. Edit: the PM was better by a little.

This movie (and the likes) is the perfect target for someone like Ryan and his Pitch Meetings. It was a... good movie... but the Pitch Meeting is one of my absolute favourite.
I seriously thought Honest Trailer was going to win until Ryan got into his A game. I really loved this movie. I forgot just how good it was until I watched your video. I gotta watch it again. The best part was when Dwayne Johnson’s mom told him to eat something because he’s all skin and bones. Good call on this one Mike. Really enjoyed it.

I just realized: The very last joke of the Pitch Meeting is producer guy asking Screenwriter guy to show the audience how they are “hip” and then a SceenRant article of the movie spoiling something from Game of Thrones. However, Ryan wrote into his Pitch Meeting script that Screenwriter guy would be able to “warg at will” after taking testosterone supplements from the Black Market. It’s a clear reference to Game of Thrones. 😂 Did Ryan inadvertently try to make himself look more “hip” or was that an intentional joke? 😆

About the 3rd one, Tokyo Drift, I couldn't get into it as well at first, but then I started liking car drifting more and more with the passing of time, so I re-watched it, and I loved it, plus, the theme song from it is so iconic, so good.
Looking again at the ridiculousness of the car-chain-helicopter scene, it is funny to see Ryan riff off that. “That is ludicrous!” - No, it’s Dwayne Johnson. “Never mind” 😂 Did you know that Dwayne Johnson puts in his movie contracts that his character cannot lose a fight?
Remember when the plot of Fast & Furious was the gang stealing those TV's with the VCR's built into them? NOW they prevent nuclear war! They're basically their universes version of the Justice League, LOL
Both were great, but Honest Trailers went where angels fear to tread in so many areas. They earned the crown this time. They passed normal human a long time ago, it's the a low-key super hero thing, quite like the "wink wink" spectacle that is wrestling. Actually with all the hyper dramatic story lines wrestling comes up with this is exactly what it would be if turned into movies with concise plots and piles of money for special effects.

Some where along the way it seems a compromise was struck, but entering Fast and Furious franchise as what would become the wildly popular Hobbs, crumbled the facade completely. Yo Mike I don't know if you know this but there is another channel called Moving Mind Studios that has some hilarious skits. They are Ryan and his 2 friends that make up the MMS group. They other 2 guys were in Ryan's Screen Rant movie industry videos. Good stuff please check it out everyone.
I enjoyed this movie. I think the main Fast films are a little better, but the trailers for this film spoil the entire movie except the cameos. The trailers even give you the correct sequence of events.

There are times when PM veers away from the actual movie to make a joke, but I felt that this ones jokes were still related to the film, mainly the eye rolling moments of the film, LOL!
The age difference between Vanessa Kirby and Jason Statham is non negligible but it’s completely irrelevant for their characters. Actors always play characters that are younger then themselves. Action actors like Statham and Reeves don’t look or act their age at all.
