    I did this and a prominent business person personally attacked me on social media. Just know some people are going to attack and you have to be able to take the hit.

    put your package inside fed ex envelopes and leave it at their door , other agents won't take those

      haha. sneaky. I like this. Stick a fake shipping label on it too. I wonder if this violates any major laws.

      Only the law of integrity. It's BS. And the seller will know it. That's a great way to make a first impression.

      Kevin Ward | YESMasters - you can leave a note inside saying you’re a Fed Ex account holder ( many of us are) and explain that you systematically disguised your package because “unscrupulous “ agents often remove your packages in order to give them a leg up. This is very sad isn’t it, Mr. Seller???

    Hey Kevin, firstly I am so grateful for all the time and effort you put into your video's they have been of such a tremendous influence on the way I do thing s .Thank you.
    I door knock for 1 to 2 hours a day and have always left notes but not like this, will this work when the home was never on the market

    That's all good and well Kevin but from my experience 75% of expired listings are vacant homes. So I do mail outs for those...
    Out of that 75% , 50% have their mail forwarded. By the time the listing is expired (typically 6 months) the forwarded mail is no longer in effet as it only lasts 90 days. Usually.
    So when I would mail out postcards etc. they would all come back return to sender. If the occupants are still in the home this is a great idea.

      Im not sure if your mls has access to tax records like CRS tax info, but if it does then you can go on there and look for the MAILING address, and if its the same as the home listed then well you might just be SOL, and if its on there then boom, thats the property owners home address!

    Kevin, first off I just want to say your videos are worth their weight in gold listen almost everyday for the past month But this brings to my attention a video about framing and never starting off by apologizing or projecting some sort of guilt as if they were waiting for you, how does the " sorry I missed you..." on the back of your card differ?? A response would be greatly appreciated, thank you for everything!

    It's on short notice. I'm korean who is ready to learn for realter. Do you think this realtor business has a bright prospect? There are so many change technically, especially in 'the fourth industrial revolution' driven society like VR, etc something like that. Fore example, (Stockboroker)Stockbrokerage industry has declined considerably due to developement of internet and software industry. (I heard that stockbroker almost don't exist in korea.. ) so....Does 'real estate borkerage business' go the way of 'stockbroking'? What is your view of the matter??? It has bright prspect?? Thank you for reading my lousy writing.

    Hello! I am a new agent and think door knocking is my best strategy because I’m better in person. How do I know when a listing is expiring? I don’t see that info on the mls.
