NEW HERE?
Hi, I’m Stephen Cabral, Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy and Integrative Health Practitioner.
For years I struggled with trying to figure out how to overcome multiple life-alternating illnesses such as auto-immune, Addisons, type 2 diabetes, digestive, allergies, insomnia, and debilitating fatigue.
Then I discovered a mentor who taught me how to combine and integrate multiple health practices into one. From there I tested these theories by traveling all around the world and discovering how to finally help people rebalance their bodies and live the life they always wanted.
I’m happy to say that after being shown the way and now creating my own proven protocols based on combining the best of ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with state-of-the-art Functional Medicine my team and I have completed over 250,000 appointments helping people just like you and I.
If you’re interested in getting well, losing weight, or living longer stronger, I look forward to helping you to accomplish those goals. Be well and please always reach out if you have any questions or if my team and I can be of service!

If one group lost twice as much as the other, then the calories weren’t the same. The error on calculating calories is 20%, so the likely explanation is a miscalculation, resulting in the vegetarians in the experiment eating fewer calories.
No
I suspect that the vegetarians were simply eating fewer calories and that this hadn't been tracked properly. But, the results still look good on Ken Berry, he could be seen on here recommending carnivore diets for diabetics. The idea that we get elevated blood sugar when we eat too many carbs, and so the best treatment for this is to eat fewer carbs, is simplistic. It's a complex, highly nuanced, multifactorial condition. I have added more plant based foods to my diet over time, but find it hard to get 130 grams a day just from plant based sources. Changing my diet hadn't mattered as much as weight loss, in reducing my blood sugar.
No they don't lol
Pass me the meat please , oh and the salt. lol
If they lost more it was in muscle loss and unlikely fat loss.
Very helpful video, Dr. Stephen! There is some evidence that vegetarian diets can be effective for weight loss, but the results are mixed and depend on the specific type of vegetarian diet. However, vegan diets require careful planning to ensure adequate nutrient intake. Overall, a well-planned, whole food-based vegetarian diet is most likely to produce consistent weight loss results. 🙌❤👍
Hi Dr Cabral. Another off topic question. I'm concerned that I may have a fungal sinus infection. I tested positive for candida a while back. I recently had Covid and thought the sinus problem was a result of that. I can breath fine. Only minimal, yet clear mucus. Small Sinus pain in cheeks and forehead. A little swelling in corner of one eye. Should I be concerned? Thank you as always.
It sounds like your body isn't fully over the illness yet. I recommend using the StephenCabral.com/Immunity-1 for 4-8wks.
BS.
A vegetarian diet is just a mix of starving with bloat (vegetables) and the bare minimum protein, fats, and nutrients (eggs).
Can’t fix this level of stupidity.
Not really, but your bigotry is showing lol
@@GaiaNaVi Enjoy your low nutrients and bloat. ❤️
I know a few vegetarians and they’ve all gotten extended guts at this point and lost most of their muscle mass. The reading, too many carbohydrates and not getting enough protein and fat . Aong with serious deficiency and multiple vitamins.
@@dan-qe1tb what you’re saying is an opinion based off of a handful of people you know. That is not science base or data back information as I’ve read all the studies and it’s opposite of what you’re saying. Sugar/carbohydrates or what causes you to gain weight, not protein from lean sources of meat.
