I noticed you put it on over a shirt. That pretty much answered my question if you could wear it over a shirt. Mine tends to be a bit rough on the skin on my underarm.

I had arthritis cut out of my left ac joint on my shoulder, am going in sometime this week to get fitted for a shoulder brace, hopefully they have one in my size, I'm plus sized, losing weight but my shoulder pops every time I move it and it hurts so bad my eyes water....do you have any idea if the shoulder brace would help with something like that or would I be wasting my time?...thanks

Would this shoulder brace help support and heal an ac joint separation?
The shoulder brace will help with the injury because it supports the shoulder and creates some compression around it to help in the healing process. Someone needs to reinvent shoulder braces. They are a challenge to put on with bad shoulders and I often need help to do it. Ones that go around the next should be burned and sent to hell. One's that go across the boobs are better then neck ones but if you have large boobs they present their own issue. They can cut into the airpit. I'm at such a loss to find a shoulder brace that doesn't do these things I wanna cry
