I lift a pair of dumbbells over my head on the right shoulder get a pain and it stopped me lifting it right over my head. I have just started to use a brace my shoulder still aches with the brace on. Would it be ok to still lift as heavy as i can and train just as hard if I didn't injure my shoulder with the brace on.
This is the 2nd time I’ve dislocated my shoulder after my 2nd shoulder surgery, 6 dislocations total over 3 years. I really hope this helps me keep it in socket until I get my 3rd surgery

got mine... to small, causes pinching pain and apperntly there is no mid size.. it's either to small or way to big.
We must be missing a piece of strap,it is wayyy too short, only 6in long, too small even for my wife! How disappointing! What’s going on?
