    This is marvelous. A lot of work has been done to cut the tires and make all those lines with stones. The owner has for sure a great personality. Thanks for the visit of this amazing property.

      Yoga is highly dangerous. You are worshipping evil Hindu spirits without noticing. Hinduism is a religion and they worship lots of gods and this gods are demons. Stay away of that and run to jesus Christ, He can save you from that. Yoga could lead you to a demon possession. Find out this information by yourself, I said this as a ex yoga practitioner.

    It's a nice property. With a lot of possibilities.
    When you can get a license for the stone building to make it legal, a perfect property. Otherwise maybe just put a big tent there, or a yurt.
    Or even two yurts. There is room enough for that.

      The use of used tyres for construction purposes is the best disposal solution for tyres with small or no impact to the environment. On the other hand, just wonder how many and how much raw materials, energy and transportation are involved if they used cement, bricks, concrete or steel. Leave the tyres there.😊😊

    Eu sou português e quero comprar uma propriedade em Portugal mas não consigo entender o teu inglês. Eu penso que era melhor falares português com legendas em inglês 😢

    Мне кажется , что категория этой земли - лес(forest article). Или лес находится меньше чем в 50 метрах.И эту конструкцию НИКОГДА не зарегистрируют. И все что там построено - незаконно. Поэтому такая цена .

    Not registered?. What does this truly mean. Does it mean that the camera will demand it is torn down?
    Im sure a bank wont offer a loan or mortgage against the building.
    A scary prospect but a beautiful piece of land with so much potential and a great price. I wish i had the balls to take the risk.

      No one has to throw anything down and you can even register the construction
      Regarding banks, they never want to lend money for this type of property regardless of whether it is registered or not, it is always an almost impossible mission to have credit to buy rustic properties

      Not registered means you will get into a lot of trouble (and money) to making any construction legal, even because the area is part of, either the National Agricultural Reserve or the National Ecological Reserve. Ultimately, it is possible that it will never be possible to having it fully registered and eventually that Borough/ City Hall will inform the owner it needs to be teared down. But since in Portugal no one really cares, chances are that you only get into real trouble if one of your neighbours formally complains.

    A beautiful piece of land but its almost worthless if the buildings are not registered !! Have the current owners already been told to dismantle the buildings and return the property bvack to scrubland ?? why are they selling ?

      No one needs to demolish anything, on the contrary, it is possible to register the construction and make it legal

    The plot is nice, but the layout is very strange. The big part of the land is either roads or stones! Put the home at the high point just as you enter property, to shorten the road and have more grow space, and to stay away from snakes.

      Means it’s a farm or animal building , not human habitation.

      means that if you want it to be officially mentioned in the documents it has to be registered

    I find it very odd that whoever decides on the shished type houses who decides in the government that one is not as good as the other. I mean it makes no sense to me. You'll see a terrible building and in a terrible state and they say it's habitable. You can live there but this stone house has to be torn down. Who makes these rules very odd😅😢 and these rulings are from like 70 years ago and you just have to abide by the rules from decades ago which is weird

    Fruit trees....all dead! Eucaliptus trees....bad idea!. No terraces, soil very eroded and shallow. Would be useful for a vineyard, but it would take at least 5 years to see product.

      hello, all foreigners can buy properties in Portugal, they just need money to buy them 😅.. and a Portuguese tax number, nothing else, this NIF number is free and to obtain it you just need to go to public services, take your passport and proof of address.
      If you want a lawyer to deal with this for you, obviously their service has to be paid for and you should ask the specific lawyer or solicitor for the price. in Castelo Branco the normal price today is €200 +\-
