I’m concerned because it says it’s non-toxic but does not say that it is edible. You are obviously having people eat the fondant decorations so do you have any concerns? I’d love to use it because it has such a bright, metallic look but I’m concerned about people eating it. Please share your thoughts.
Good question. I wash my hands ALOT. I don’t wear gloves especially in my videos because if gloves are changed properly, all they do is spread even more germs, I am constantly touching my camera, camera stand, phone, refrigerator ect. So I wash my hands between each take, too often people put on a pair on gloves and wear them way too long, they don’t wash their hand before touching the clean gloves nor do they change them between touching different surfaces. I don’t assume just because someone is wearing gloves that they are using them properly abs that they are clean. They keep on the same gloves for hours and hours and never wash their hands or the gloves. Trained chefs don’t wear gloves. They are trained to wash their hands frequently. That’s what I do as well.
