    This is the best zumba I've ever tried. This is very effective! In my first 2 weeks, I lost my belly already and still doing this for a month now because I super love it! I can wear crop top now confidently. Thank you for this video. It changed my life as in literal a big change. Sending love! And shared this too with my friends.     I had a long battle with back and belly fat before and after the hysterectomy operation two and a half years ago. I love the zumba class program so much that I workout five times a week for an hour.

    I will not recommend this video if i didnt tried it ..but i hope this will inspire you to lose weight coz iam doing it for 8 days and there’s a big improvement in my upper part of my body ,i did walking for 2 hrs and another video for lower part..
