thanks for sharing this sleep better vid. im a loop user for the quiet plugs love it and gurrl i gotta say i don’t think you put the earplugs in the way it’s intended- it’s not supposed to stick out think you gotta gently twist it around so it’s sticking not up, more down and so it’s mostly flush with the ears. there’s a how-to on the site. just had to share. i like the reviews on skincare here too
Thanks for flagging! Someone else mentioned that as well. I've got v small ear canals so somehow they just don't stick down in my ears : ( They're soft enough that it doesn't matter though. I still find them comfortable : )
i sleep with earplugs since 40 years, one thing i notice, when i wake up in the morning my hearing sensitivity is so great ,the volume of my tv by 6am is only in 3, and my neighborhood is quiet all the time, at the end of the day coming back from work i have to place the tv volume in 20,"it is what it is " the noise of the city adjust the hearing sensitivity automatically , but at 11pm i have to turn down the volume of tv to 12, the hearing sensitivity adjust automatically in a quiet room .
Don't you have problems with ears due to long term use? I read is dangerous as it builds up ear wax and push it down. Read it could give u ear infections.... Have u had any troubles?
@@joantrendafilov7963 i use "silicone moldable earplug", there are many brands, silicone are the best ,better , you can find in Stop an Shop,or any Pharmacy
Black out curtains with blinds. Definitely low lighting for the hour or so before bed eg turn my screen background light filter down to its lowest point if I'm looking at my phone or tablet and bedroom lamp lights are 40 watt or lower. The only one higher is my overhead light should I ever need good lighting but I rarely use it at all. Also if you have the joy of sleeping alone I find if my mind is working overtime I turn on a UA-cam video on something that I'm vaguely interested in, and turn my tablet or phone face down on the bed (no light) and just let it play, I often wake up hours later. It takes my mind off what's bothering me enough to help me switch off, just make sure the volume is set low. This is what has worked for me most of the time. Hope this helps someone, sleep deprivation is awful.
The loop earplugs are supposed to be worn with the circle inside your ear so it’s flush, not outside it’s what makes them work. Just thought I’d mention
I suggest you watch the loop intro video where they show the correct position to fit the plugs! Fitted correctly means that you can sleep on your side without moving the earplugs! They are godly to get right! I have been looking for a video that describes this problem!!!! I wonder if you are still using the loop earplugs or have given up on them! Good video, thanks for sleep review topics!
I certainly get the sugar and caffeine affecting sleep, but it never occurred to me that salt could be a culprit. Something to monitor for me. Those ear plugs look very comfortable. I use a pair of sleep earbuds every night, and listen to soothing nature sounds, because I have a husband who could win an Olympic gold medal for snoring. They've been the difference between sanity and insanity for me, and living and dying for him:)
Thanks for doing this review, I work nights so these would be great for me as I am a light sleeper. Could you do a review on sleep masks? Having a good blackout blinds helps as well as well lined curtains.
Loving your hair❤ I'm with you on the salt. I'm going to try the ear plugs. I drink camomile tea with few drops of stevia, tsp glycine powder, half tsp cinnamon and a tbsp raw apple cider vinegar. Sounds awful but it really is nice. It helps me to stay asleep. I got the recipe from another UA-camr. Enjoy your facial! ☘🤗❤💕
Hi can you help me? I work in an open space office (so I have different people closed to me). I’d like to consistently reduce both ambient and voices noises to be more focused when carrying out my tasks. However I wouldn’t like to be completely isolated from everything (for example if a colleague is trying to call me, I’d like to be able to notice it, even if his voice noise is significantly reduced). So on one hand I want all the noises (of the voices as well) to be hugely reduced but on the other hand I would appreciate if I could be a little aware if someone is calling me. Is that possible with the loop experience pro (with the mute filter on) for instance? Or the voices are too much high (even with the mute filter on)? Because if with the loop experience pro the noises of the voices are still too much high, I would be disturbed the same (and in that case I would choose the quiet: I would be very isolated and not able to notice if someone is calling me, it’s true, but at least I would be focused when doing my tasks that it’s the priority for me). I hope you understood the situation. Thank you very much in advance for the answer!
Hi. I don’t have any knowledge around tinnitus I’m afraid, but looking at some reputable health information sources online it doesn’t appear that ear plugs help this condition.
Great tips! Eye shaders help me as well. Any sort of light in the room will wake me, so coveting my eyes has made a big difference
Thanks Claudia. The early light can wake me sometimes so I’ll try an eye mask 😊

I've tried to push mine in like that but they just don't stay. I wonder if maybe the little bud is too large for my ear. Thanks for the tip though : )
@@thehonestchannel it comes with multiple sized tips. You may just need to size down, if you haven't already

😆 Love it! My husband also snores - but says I do to sometimes when I have hayfever! 😳

Glad this was helpful, Fifi. Happy to look at sleep masks : )
I wish I had these when I worked night shift. Ordering a pair now from my boyfriend for christmas
Thank you for your nice review!
Bought it recently and didn't find it block noises significantly. In fact it had that "underwater" type of feeling
Yes they don't block completely, they heavily dull sound.
Great Review. Thank you.
Can you do more earplug reviews?
Yes, sure. I could do some comparisons
Yes please we need more ladies doing this
What a quality video omg
Thank you 🙏

Fantastic video!!
Your hair looks amazing too 😍
Thank you! 🥰
Hi 👋 would these help block out a partner who snores quite loudly?! Desperate!
I feel your pain! They don’t block it entirely but they would dull the noise.
Is it help for welders?
Amazing video. Thanks
So glad you enjoyed it!
Do you get ear fatigue while wearing the loops at night?
I’ve not heard of ear fatigue but these are extremely soft so I haven’t noticed any issues.
Wanted to use these
But they hurt when sleeping on my stomach
sadly more than a little alcohol bothers my sleep and eating anything 2 hrs before bed😢
I hear you!
Silly question: can you hear the alarm clock in the morning with the earplugs?
Yes, you can. The noise will be dulled but you can hear it. And it was a great question!
@@thehonestchannel Thanks! :)

Do these help with tinnitus??

No, the silence will be deafening
Can it work on a plane?!
They wouldn’t cancel the noise completely, but they would dull it significantly.
