What a series. I'm hooked man. It has everything, wildlife, nature, off the grid surivial, history, intensity, food. Sheer class this one. Glad i found your channel recently
8:59 6 figures worth of gear, equipment, and mods, and you forgot a real can opener?! LOL! Love the history aspect of this series, love the fact that you are getting out there, that is the most important part!! Keep it up!
Mad love for you guys, what you are doing means a lot. Got me planning to explore the Kalahari Desert to Okavango one day. No Tacomas this side unfortunately, but everywhere is Toyota, planning on getting one Landcruiser. Greetings from 🇧🇼 Botswana
I own a Jeep 392 and honestly I enjoy watching your Tacoma. For the Jeep 392 I need to bring over 30Gallon of gas to survive this. It eats gas like crazy.
Man this makes me want to grab some overland gear and head out! Great video I wish this was a full hour long video so I would have to wait week after week.
God damn I don’t even own a truck or go off roading, but I’ve subscribed to your channel for your awesome cinematography and informative narration. Keep up the quality content, and y’all seem like really down to earth folks!!
So it's a bit pedantic but the pronghorn isn't an antelope, it's actually closest related to the giraffe. I actually know a guy who used to test their oxygen capacity by running them on a treadmill. It's about 250, an elite athlete would be about 70.
Awesome awesome awesome! You guys are so lucky I wish I could do something like that. Keep it up and keep the videos coming thank you y'all have a great day and stay safe!
First, awesome videos man. Production quality is top notch! Just a little FYI, we don’t actually have antelope in the U.S. those are Pronghorns. They are related to antelope and are the only surviving species of their line.
Yes, these were pronghorn antelope which are the fastest landbased animals in North America. I'm surprised we didn't see more actually. In Utah I've come across huge packs before of 70-100.
@@HoglundOverland growing up in Wyoming we were told just Pronghorn. But ultimately it doesn't matter. We know about what we each are talking. Loved this video and 💯 can't wait to do this myself soon. Cheers! 🙂
I spend quite a bit of time out there being retired, and the temp depends on elevation and time of year of course but if you look at Salt Lake City's temps it will give you a general idea. Nighttime temps in the summer are very nice but in the west desert, the winds are what can make for a sleepless night. I always try to camp among some cedar trees in one of the mountain passes.
Found a good video, I can finally eat
BRO I WAIT FOR A GOOD ONE TOO BEFORE EATING
Sake here bro
Thought I was the only one 😂 I’m upset though because I just finished eating…
Lol true . I am eating too
Fucking love this comment
I love how toward the end it just turned into a cooking show
Always fun eating good on trips.
Food looks delicious 🤤
The Voice Over is AWESOME!!

Thanks for tuning in. It was an amazing experience seeing all the wild life amidst all the hot dry conditions.

Seriously. 🤣🤣🤣 I had one in my truck. But a knife works well too. 🤣🤣
I drove this same route in my stock mini van back in 1992. Didn't see a single person back then.
Minivan gang
Lol 😂 n they spending 100k on expensive trucks
Lol yeah I was gonna say that I haven't seen anything in these videos that a normal car with decent ground clearance couldn't do.
The Voice Over is AWESOME!! Keep Killing it you guys
Yeahh the voice over sound like a big movie Productiont. Great Job Guys

Thanks for leaving a message. That sounds like an amazing trip. It'd be a dream to send the trucks out your way.
Botswana is a beautiful country, the animals and people make for a great place.
Have fun, Your land cruiser will take you anywhere!
I could only imagine what you saw in the sky's over Nevada.
Stars were bright in the middle of Nevada. Some of the clearest skies in North America.
The song is Craniums by Pearce Roswell for anyone wondering
This is one of the best adventure video series I've watched on UA-cam,
The other ones of course from gears and gasoline channel.
Thumbs up guys 👍👍👍

At last some real stuff without any faking .. well explained and ably captured on video.
It’s great to see a Taco centric Road adventure channel instead of your usual Jeep off road channels.
Gets better and better
I saw you guys about three weeks ago! In Salt Lake City and I honked. I guess you guys were coming back from this trip! Amazing video!
Hopefully Toyota sponsors your platform.
- Love the Tacomas beast of a truck
Very interesting...waiting for the next epi. Love from india❤️

This is definitely a fun drive but still it's no where near to 4W Australia off-road treat...
That is epitome of off-road driving...
Thanks.
Who’s doing this epic voiceover?
Song too??
His name is Narrator Jack.
its too dramatic tbh
looks like rowssel crow..!!!
yeah, he sounds like the one doin the voiceover of a Marlboro Ad "Come to where the flavor is, Come to Marlboro Country"
this looks like so much fun
It was!
Super awesome video guys!!! Should have used the onboard air to dust it off when stopped... And definitely bring a can opener next time.
This looks like a fun adventure! I can wait until my Taco is built to do this
Awesome adventure! Love the videos TacoMABEAST rocks

Thanks for following along. It was a fun trip and so happy the guys from Tacoma beast were able to capture the essence of our trip.
Absolutely insane! Epic! Thank you for the awesome series!!! I can’t wait to one day do the same trip!
The narrator deserves an award..
Watching day 1 and this gets me excited to build my own offroader. 🤞
Those breakfast tacos at the beginning could have been 200x even yummier had the tortillas also had a chance on the fire.
Noted!
Love the scenery out there. Sweeping vistas, distant mountains, and great roads. Wow!! Thanks.

That is probably the coolest fact I’ve learned all day, thank you! 😂
Just beautiful, would love to do something like that.
Yep battery operated leaf blower a must
Entertaining AF as expected guys
Thanks for following along.
Nice setup. Feels like home 🏕
That voice over 🔥🔥🔥🔥 lit
Watching this from Turkey. Huge fan of yours, I admire your work.. All the best..
I could do this in a 1999 Subaru outback with an igloo cooler and few tanks of gas and some luck, you my friends are over camping!
Definitely could have done the trip differently with less gear. I hope you do it.
This series is amazingly shot and edited 🤙🏽
It can be Netflix📺📺📺 love from 🇮🇳
You deserve millions of subcribers
You guys are living my dream 🙂🙂🙂

We did a little bit of that too
Day 3 we show how we do this. 💪🏼
All that preperation but they forgot one thing! A leaf blower
😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
Cool narration!
God bless and Be safe you guys for every travel that go
Looks like a great time. Fuel scare is REAL. And Pronghorn not Antelope. 😁
Always fun seeing Pronghorn Antelope!

We got lucky and the weather at night was in the 70’s and no wind. Perfect camping weather.

Wait... you don't like the taste of butter?! Thats what literally gives almost every dish and food flavor!!!
Just not on my steak. I only like salt and pepper on my steak. Definitely love butter on bread and veggies. Just keep it away from my meat.
It's a wonderful trip #Enjoy your day everyone
Would be my dream vacation
Good work sir ..I hope one day you come to our city from India ... Always welcome
