It's really not complicated, is it? Only two people have a chance to be elected President: Biden or Trump. Therefore, if you want to keep Trump out, you must keep Biden in. The best way to keep Biden in is by voting for him, donating to his campaign, and endorsing him. Since keeping Trump out is absolutely necessary for the good of the country and its citizens, then it is likewise absolutely necessary for anyone who cares about America to give President Biden our full support.

The fact that the judicial system is clearly favoring Trump at every legal turn is bewildering when we consider that Trump would totally dismantle it if he was returned.
He'll only dismantle the justice system as far as his own actions are concerned. He'll keep it intact as a way to deal with his enemies. As long as the judges continue to do as he says they'll keep their positions. Same with the election system. Keep the appearance of elections but make sure they always return the correct results. Just like Putin's Russia in fact.

I agree, the Supreme Court has to be subject to review from Congress, at the very least. Or perhaps from a raft of retired federal judges. And I'm against lifelong tenure for the Supreme Court justices and any federal judges.

It's quite baffling that the United States Constitution grants the President of the United States of America the power to appoint Justices to the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals judges, and District Court judges, who are nominated by the President and confirmed by the United States Senate. It's hard to believe that nobody foresaw the potential issues with this system. Perhaps it is high time to consider updating the Constitution to reflect the changing times and ensure a more effective and reliable judicial system.

We all must write our reps in Congress - Senate and House - and write them OFTEN, in a concerted effort to push them to pass a bill reforming the terms and status of Supreme Court justices. The confirmation process has become a joke, as well; obviously several justices outright lied about how they view issues like abortion, and the House ought to be part of that process, not just the Senate. I'm sure there are many aspects that can be reformed. Without putting pressure on Congress, nothing will happen, though.

The fact is, the US Constitution says Trump is already disqualified from running. The relevant section was used many times in the past, especially post-Civil War, for both state and federal offices. The Supreme Court chose to intervene and nullify the Constitution. If Congress fails to pass legislation restoring section 3 of the 14th, there will be more nullifications to come.

The world is changing, and some people don't want to change with it. MAGA's think the US was "great" before civil and women's rights, and before immigration was opened up to anyone, not preference for Europeans. In other words MAGA means "take us back to the 1950's", when white men were on top and everyone else knew their place.
Unfortunately for them, you can't turn back the clock. They may throw roadblocks in the way of change, but it will still happen. On average they are 14 years older than the US as a whole, with half over 65. So purely from demographics they will be dying off sooner than the other 85% who are non-MAGA. The rest of us skew about 3 years younger than average, or 17 years younger than MAGA. So we will outlive them.
