@dlcs1406 How well somebody does on Direct questioning with a (relatively speaking) friendly questioner matters, but how wel they do on Cross-examination by the opposing lawyers trying to poke holes in the story makes or breaks the witness’s credibility for the jury. Direct is the easy part (usually). Cross is harder.

Right now the prosecution is putting Cohen in a favorable light. Good luck with that. In another day or two, depending when the prosecution is done with their witness, the defense will take over and that's when things will get interesting. Not sure how the evisceration is going to go down but I think it'll be popcorn worthy. That is if you're into that kind of thing.
