This is exactly what I need to do for my sisters old bug. THANK YOU. Trying to seat it just wasn’t working because it would pull away. But putting pressure behind the plug while pressing on the light had them turn on.
My daughters 2003 Beetle has an intermittent front drivers side indicator, I wonder if this is a similar issue. Will check this using your guide here, thanks! ;)
I have a 2007 new beetle that’s beige One of my headlights are working r Left driver side passenger side headlight is out and my back tail lights one side works and the other side does not I wish you could look at my car I had to take my drivers test and everything must work headlights tail lights horn turning signals I just wish you could help me you are very insightful and helpful seems like you know a lot about the beetle
Sounds like a burnt out bulb in the back. You have to remove the tail light to replace the bulb…. There are others videos on that. But your front headlight probably suffers same issue as mine. I would to try pushing in the headlight or remove it and re install sometimes that remakes the connections
