Oh man! These are exactly the symptoms that I am getting for the last few months and I did not know what it is even called. Thank you so much! GOD BLESS YOU!!!
This is a good start but I believe there is much deeper issues pulling on the ilium/pelvis. I believe it’s more so in my case related to the sacrotuberous ligament being cranked down. Prior work was getting the QL and SI joint to loosen up first.
thank you, it's the best and quickest of maybe over a hundred videos now!!! beautifully executed!!! For the first time in many many years i feel like i have hope. I do so appreciate you.
I am so excited to try this technique! I have been having terrible lower back pain all the way down my left leg for 7 months and I’m desperate to fix it! I know my pelvis is twisted because my osteopath told me so and I have exactly the pain that you described.
I know it’s always important to do “both sides” when it comes to stretching anything on the body - but the exercise you’ve demonstrated here works best only when I drive my right knee back and left leg forward. I feel like that movement corrects me perfectly, and once I switch sides, it just brings me back to my original rotated position. Is only doing one side safe in this situation?
I have seen a Pilate instructor video recommending doing just the side that's anteriorly tilted by pushing that side, if I am not mistaken, and she used a dowel under the knees instead of using the hand
Will this work after one exercise session or does it have to be done several times a day over a period of days or weeks?..I've had a twisted pelvis for 4 years and chiropractic has helped a little but not much....great video, I will certainly try this. Thanks
Going to try this routine/treatment. I have been dealing with a misaligned pelvis for over 3 years . Chiropractor did not help, and physio seems to work for a day or two then my pelvis slips out of alignment again. Nothing seems to help alleviate the groin and low back pain. It's been somewhat debilitating. Cannot participate in martial arts or do any physical activity.
I have questions I had an accident about 4 years ago fell off a box about 8 feet and I've been having these pains in my stomach and lower doctors have misdiagnosed everything I get relief from time to time but then depending on what I'm doing or what my back is doing it's inflamed seems to push this joint right back toward the pain starts again I'm really confused at what direction I should go now but This video that you that I've come across has really enlightened me II wish to contact you or have you contacted Me cause I'm questioning as to why doctors did not see or know this in all the x-rays and Mr eyes that I've had done thank you Thomas Williams
Great vid, I’m gonna focus on doing this instead of strengthening one side of my body and stretching the other as I’ve seen others recommend on YT. I’m twisted to the left and a lower hip on that side. My left glute looks so much tighter than the other but perhaps I should still strengthen and stretch them evenly? I can’t even do simple glute stretches on the left side cus my leg won’t cross over the other cus it’s so tight. Also a twisted pelvis can’t be fixed by a chiro correct? Wouldn’t the muscles just pull the pelvis back outta whack?
How can this be adopted for a passive approach, for those with Brain injury who can't follow commands. Does this issue even prevent the hip frm flexing towards chest?
I belive my pelvic rotates forward with lower back pain on right side if my feet are checked left is shorter than right will these bring me back into balance so feet are even again praying so tku
What are you going to do if you complain to your doctor about pelvic pain and he ask you to go for scan so after the scan he told you that nothing is wrong in your pelvic but the pain continued so that are you going to do
I actually rotated my right pelvis. And I'm going through physical therapy for it. It's been helping. But it's pinched my sciatic nerve. So my leg hurts too. On top of it I think it pinched a blood vessel. But this started last year. I was feeding the chickens. And the run was muddy. Well I slipped right foot pointing right went right left foot pointing left went left. Extreme unbearable pain. I was crying and cursing and could barely walk. And once I got into my bed. I couldn't walk for 4 months. Couldn't relieve myself. And my mom. Worst of all. Thought I was faking it.
@Jess Lang-Yes I have that odd uneven look because I have a lateral pelvic tilt to the left. I have been doing the exercises given here but also psoas stretches on both sides, core strengthening i.e. the plank and quadratus lumborem stretches on both sides. It has taken about a month but the improvement is very significant and the back pain is almost gone.
@Chris Williams You can stand in front of a mirror with your legs and feet as level as possible and if the navel is turned to the left it's a left rotation of the pelvis or left lateral tilt and vice versa. Usually the quadratus lumborum is to blame but not always. If you are going to a chiropractor you can ask them for the right kinds of exercises. Chris, there are many, many good google sites that can give you the info you need.
@Chris Williams going on 30 years. My pelvis was rotated at age 21, but it manifested as a neck problem. I went nearly another twelve years before the truth was discovered. By then, I had major joint issues from my pelvis to my cranium.
I have this pro. With one leg longer than other n a tight piriforms I spotted my fav. Sports since a year n did many ostopatic treatments no results n I suffered from sciatic symptoms
Can you have a twisted pelvis and sciatica. Pain travels dow my front and back and radiates pain on my outer knee. Excrutaiting Pain. Physio said twisted pelvis but didn’t comment on radiating knee pain coming down my leg from my back.
This sounds exactly my issue. Left hip pain. Now right knee pain. My left leg feels a lot longer than right. Feel like my pelvis is twisted. Now causing tightness in lower back. Can't wait to get home from work and try this. Thank you for sharing
I have the exact same issue. Right hip pain and left knee pain. One leg feels shorter Han the other. I twisted my pelvis by running with a bad ankle I think, body compensated with a rotation. I’ve had this and have been trying to fix it for about 4 years. It’s so hard hopefully this helps
Holy shit!!! This fucking works!! My pelvis is laterally tilted(left side slightly higher than right(and on top of that, just like you explained in the video, higher hip was posteriorly tilted and the other anteriorly)) and it was also rotated to the left For the past few days i’ve had random sharp pain in my right butt and my QL was tight even tho ironically i went to an osteopath 2 weeks ago My pelvis is still laterally tilted tho but i felt the difference right away as soon as i stood up from my bed after doing what you mentioned in the video THANKS AGAIN MAN! I’m fucking indebted to you! Will def sub to your channel right now and look for some useful stuff to fix my lateral tilt FUCK YEAH!
Hello and Thanks for Watching!😄We are happy to hear of your improvement and that this video found you. Thanks for subscribing and we wish you the best of health.
Hi Is it permanent though? Do you still do it and is it still working for you? I have the same issue but I feel these exercises do work but they are temporary. The body just wants to go back to its ‘incorrect’ position
But how do you fix it permanently . stretch the forward illum quad and backward hamstring side bet how do you strenghten evenly so it doesn't go back over time ?
Hello and Thanks for Watching!😄If your pelvis has a tendency to “Rotate,” you may have recurring bouts of it. Human anatomy is not perfect and one side of the body isn’t always symmetrical with the other side. With that being said, the mobilization and stretching techniques in this channel will help bring “Balance” between the two sides. Regarding strengthening weak or inhibited muscles evenly, Single leg exercises such as lunges, pistol squats, single leg deadlifts/single leg Romanian deadlifts, and single leg glute bridges will help. I suggest consulting with your local healthcare practitioner (Chiropractor or Physical therapist) who is well versed in sports medicine/biomechanics to assist you. Thanks again for Watching and keep us posted.
Thank you for replying. Should you work both sides or just the one with the forward Illium. So great that you are taking the time to help people. @@MoveWellLiveWell
I dont think there is one person with actual si joint dysfunction, hypermobile, due to injury, so ligamentopathy, that this method has fixed or even helped. It doesnt work. Its a waste of time. The real issue is neurological. If you look uo PRI or conor harris or MET/MAT, the concept is all the same which is the brain needs to be trained to tell the muscles to let go of tension. My left side doesnt even move and yhats the good side and it doesnt move because its stuck in external rotation and this method, which ive seen countless times, doesnt work to put the pelvis in neutral. Ive had manual adjustment, physically moving my pevis to put it in neutral. Thats the only thing that worked but it's temporarily. The real answer is addressing the iimbalances and neurological dysfunction.
Hello and Thanks for Watching!😄I’m assuming you meant groin and not “growing.” Yes, you may feel referred pain and discomfort in the groin when you perform this therapy. Literally you’re describing exactly where my pain comes from. I didn’t know it was the rotation that’s causing it
Thank God this was all I needed to do. It worked for me on the first go.
thank you for this great video bro from morocco

I have a problem with prostatitis, will this exercise reduce the problem?
Finally found a video that describes what is wrong with me I will give it a try

I have seen a Pilate instructor video recommending doing just the side that's anteriorly tilted by pushing that side, if I am not mistaken, and she used a dowel under the knees instead of using the hand

what we call this case exactly ?

Can leg functional length discrepancy be corrected by this technique ?
What would you suggest for left hip/pelvic pain when rotated clockwise with left heel planted as done in the backswing?
