Speaking from experience, I got injured in the military while marching for 4 months. When marching, a oldier dig their right heel in with every step. If you overdo that, it can knock your pelvis out (right side going forward.) If left untreated, this can cause compromise on the right side, which may cause your left side to compensate, thereby pulling your pelvis to the left (the more stable side.) It would be interesting study if the majority of people with this diagnosis were once also soldiers.
My left foot is pronated. I also find it very easy to rest my left leg on top of my right when seated, but find it impossible to rest my right on my left. Am I a Left AIC?

Loving your videos Very informative , seeing it explained on your lovely wife Joe , I totally understand what’s happening to my pelvis . 👍

Very good video! Thanks!
THANK YOU
That's why her shoulder are also asymmetrical
😢yes mine is too. One arm is longer thanother too
can it affect our shoulders and feet? Like the one foot is pronated and the other is supinated?
The side that you’re rotated towards may make the foot evert (roll out to the outer edge). Definitely can effect shoulder too
And make the side your pelvis rotated away from have a flat foot supinated stance, functional long leg, functional movement disorders.
Superrr
The torsion mean rotation in transverse plane or in sagittal?
Can be both transverse and/or Sagittal
My left foot is pronated. I also find it very easy to rest my left leg on top of my right when seated, but find it impossible to rest my right on my left. Am I a Left AIC?
I have my left foot probated too BUT I find it very difficult to rest my left leg on the right (and very easy rest the right leg on the left).
It seems like only Australians correct this 🙄
I cannot find a good osteopath in America to fix this for me like described in the video.
A seated hunched over straight leg raise stretches the sciatic nerve........ Hogwash. Where on earth did you learn that ?
Well it does. Totally makes sense. How else would you explain that those positions intensify also my sciatica pain?
@@JohnSmith-iu8cj other sources of nociception. Referred pain.
