Hello everyone. In this video, I will completely disassemble the Apple keyboard. It was filled with coffee, so the keys were stuck, and the spacebar was not pressed at all. In between shots, the button section was washed under water. Lay in a basin for 1 hour, the water washed out the coffee. Now the Magic Keyboard 2 keys are pressed perfectly, just like from the factory. Hope this disassembly helps someone. Remove key not captured on video but the complete disassembly method is the simplest and fastest. Good repair.

Well, at least we know how to do what you did at the top of the screen for much of the time. followed by a 1 min plus shot of the interior of the case while you presumably cleaned the plastic parts then some good shots of your hair.... You need to remake this as it's next to useless..
Thanks friend! On my Apple keyboard, the keys Y, U, I, O don't work intermittently. Also, when either of the left or right shift is pressed, they just don't work at all. When I clean them up with rubbing alcohol, they work for a few minutes. When I let it sit idle for half an hour or so, it stops working again. I guess, the circuit have gone rusted. Watching these disassembly videos made me realize that I should buy a new one instead so, I bought a new Logitech MX mechanical this time. Hopefully, it will work better.
That probably means it had a sugary drink spilled on it. If you were only cleaning on the outside, try to open it up and clean it using rubbing alcohol
Would like to fix my magic board also but no idea of where to buy the parts, do you have recommendations?

Do you think If I had a broken keyboard with one of the colored cases from the imac I could take a new silver one and take everything out switching it to the colored case?
The actual key membrane is welded onto the housing, so it would most likely not be possible if your keyboard has membrane failure. There are lots of coloured new and used iMac keyboards available on ebay though so that’s a option if you want a coloured Apple keyboard without buying a iMac
Привет, можно ли поменять аккумулятор в такой клавиатуре? Офиц.сервис только новую предлагает, но так и не говорят, можно ли заменить аккумулятор. Не привязан ли он там к серийному номеру или еще как-то? Если взять с залитой такой же, например?

I didn't knew it had screws, and I tried to open wrong lid🤣🤣🤣 it broke up, anyway , next time I will definitely try to repair it. It was my first time and got it for free. Will use it in my spares

а что может - быть купил клавиатуру - а весь ряд с цифрами автоматом печатеться при жатаи под цирфам ряда то есть кликаешь Q- - а набирает q1
